I waited in the car. Due to it being pandemic, I did not want to be inside. However, you are allowed to wait inside if you like. They are practicing social distancing chairs six feet apart, staff wearing masks and gloves, hand sanitizer is available and they're taking temperature at the front. I had to use the restroom and let let me in. Thank goodness. The staff were nice. The Facilty looked really clean.

Due to the reviews, I didn't expect much... but every time, I was very happy with the service here. I've been here for my baby's general appointments with his pediatrician, for his physical therapy, and also for my broken foot and emergency care, and every time, I am quite impressed with the overall service. The staff has been nothing short of excellent, from the front desk to the nurses. Everyone is welcoming, super friendly, and they truly seem to care about making your experience as smooth as possible. Same with the doctors! So far, every doctor I've seen have been professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering my questions, which made me feel more at ease every time I came in. Additionally, I was actually really impressed at how quickly they answered my emails compared to other Kaisers that I have been to. I would send an email today and would most likely get a reply the following day. Usually, I am used to getting a reply after 2-3 business days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hospital. Obviously, I can't speak for everyone else since we all have had different procedures done or seen by a different doctor, but I am just saying that I have always had a great experience here, and I hope you would too.

Didn't have to miss any work. Compare that to my follow up visit with ENT today, which consisted of a 55 min drive + 20 min to find parking and walk to the department + half a day off work and all that effort for only an 8 min (literally) follow up appointment with the PA. Please! Please! Please! Bring more pediatric specialties out to Brentwood! We need you here!

They said they didn't know what caused it, but that it definitely was not caused by the treatment they had given me. Both Dr. Pillai and Dr. Tong remained hostile toward me because I doubted their professional opinion. I have a new oncologist now. All of my doctors now attribute my new diabetes as a side effect from cancer treatment. I was right. It was obvious. These two doctors are some very disturbed men who become aggressive and adversarial if their poor skills are questioned and the poor skills do abound. I am convinced I would be dead if I had continued to be treated by Epic Care in Antioch. I swear that I am speaking the truth. If you value your life then you need to stay away from these strange men.
