The lady working today was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. (Friday 7/19/24) I went in with some returns from Amazon with instructions that they would package and ship the items, all small items. She tosses envelopes at me and says I have to do it. Then tells me to step aside so she can help others, one other person has walked in at this time. I put everything in the envelopes and wait for her to finish and five others have walked in. She passes right by me, deliberately and asks for the next person. That lady even said I was there first and should be next. She completely ignored her and myself. I will take my business elsewhere as long as that lady works there. I wish I could give a negative but 1 was the lowest. Judy is the rudest worker ever she hangs up on people she needs a class in customer service. There delivery driving system is all whacked up it is a waste of time and gas. on one street then clear across town to another street just to go back to the same street two house down. I don't know who the driver is that walked across my lawn but it happened on 04/29/2023 at approximately 4:21 p.m. I don't want people walking on my grass. Really UPS?! My neighbor across the road (rural area) found my latest package sitting in the rain ON TOP OF MY MAILBOX, on a busy road. She was kind to pick it up and put it in her truck. Raining, no plastic bag, with perishable stuff inside the box. Places we have found our packages: in the ditch, in the rain; behind a tree on a neighbor's property; on top of the garbage container, set out for pickup and the garbage man brought it up to the house; tossed next to the road. Terrible service, they dont care about the people just the all mighty dollar or what ever currency they can get there hands on, I have for years battled with getting my packages on time and still am to this day, they need to sell there business to someone who can run it properly poor choice in shipping, do not recommend them or fedex either both the worst and slow read more

UPS constantly damages packages no matter how well we pack them. Even using double walled boxes with parts wrapped in bubble wrap, UPS still finds a way to destroy our products. We've lost thousands of dollars due to their negligence, and even when we pay for insurance UPS takes months to confirm the damage and almost a year to reimburse us. Their rates are good, but UPS is the last carrier to use if you want your items to arrive safely. We many times spend twice as much to ship common carrier to avoid the risk of their drivers damaging them. Fragile stickers, Don't stack stickers, This side Up stickers mean nothing to their workers. They just grab boxes and through them in the truck. Sadly, UPS spends more time trying to avoid paying for damages than taking care of their packages in the first place. The people who work at UPS are nice, but the online and phone customer service is another joke. When we have an issue, we need to speak with a direct person at our distribution center. We don't need to try to communicate with a foreigner who can barely speak English and has no idea what's going on. What could be solved with a 30-second call ends up being a half-hour debate, and we don't have time to waste and explain how things work in the United States. Use UPS with extreme caution and consider if you care more about a cheap rate or keeping your item from being damaged before using them. read more

i ordered a heavy tv stand from amazon which was delivered by ups, but instead of delivering the big box to my door, they delivered it to my garage. unfortunately i'm disabled and had to drag this heavy box to my house because ups thinks it's o.k. to drop packages anywhere they want to. i regret not calling them to just return the item to amazon, because i'll probrably be inthe hospital by tomorrow, but i didn't want to have to pay for something that would have been stolen because of their laziness. read more
