They will just send someone else you don't know. And give you some BS. It was pouring down raining and extremely cold and had been for a week in the winter time. So we tried to reschedule. I sent a very clear text to our guy. Next day the Dogs started freaking out and I look outside and a man I've never met is in my back yard. If I hadn't just let my dogs in, he would have been bitten. Because he went through the closed gate and entered our property (without permission). They don't care. They only want to get you in a contract and do what they want to do, when they want to do it. Luckily, we never signed a contract. We tried to speak to them about this. We Called, emailed sent screenshots of my texts to their guys. They just don't care. They will come to your house and bill you no matter what. Doesn't matter if you're home or not, if you have animals, gates, nothing will stop them from getting your money, when they want. Use a small local company and save yourself the hassle of their complete lack of customer service, high pressure, commission based, corporate, profits over people mindset and way of doing business.

Most of…read morethe times I have been there is only one employee at the register, who has to handle both people needing to ship a package from scratch and people just dropping off a package and needing a simple receipt. The management should definitely consider having two people at the registers at all times, one dedicated to who needs support with shipping and another one for quicker drop-off services. Unfortunately, in 2026 we all need a receipt, as too many problems occur after the package is dropped off. If they could define a better system, it would be a neat little office. Just too slow. Ah, and the young girls working there are not really prepared. I witnessed one of them telling a guy that she didn't know if the shipping cost for a 30lb box or 50 lbs would be much different. I knew the answer and it's not even my job. Another one signed a document on behalf of UPS when, apparently, she was not authorized to do.
