Yes.Their drivers don't put package where they should go.I have had 4 packages that was put at wrong place and never got it back.There are some thieves out there and we the buyers are paying for them to get it free¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

My mail box is 1/4 of a mile from my home. I can not see my mail box from my home . My package was left beside my driveway propped up against my neighbors fence at my mail box they sent the picture of it sitting there instead of bringing it to my home. in this date and time when porch pirates will come on your porch and steal your package. Is this Fed Ex's policy to help the porch pirates steal all they can or is Fed EX in with the porch pirates and gets a percentage of what ever they can steal? read more

I got a delivery today, now I am missing a $25 specialty wheel socket. beware if you are not there to meet the driver. because you can not get anyone to answer the phone to get any help about theft. read more

This FedEx location is supposed to be open 10 AM to noon on Saturday. We called FedEx to confirm and to confirm our package was there. We drove 45 minutes to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to our home (signature was required). We arrived at 11:45AM on Saturday but door was locked and lights were off. We saw that loading bay door was open and cars were in the employee lot including in the manager's reserved parking spot. Manager's last name is Smith. Our knocking and calls were ignored. unacceptable and lazy to close early when only open 2 hours to begin with. Manager should be fired. read more

Beyond frustrating!!!! The automated system will not let you speak to a live person without a tracking number or some other number. I only want to know why my usual deliveries are not being delivered! read more

They're a big business that's lost their way They're so…read moremoney hungry and employees are so focused on commission and numbers they will show up at your house unannounced, even after you've asked them not to (in writing) via text. They will just send someone else you don't know. And give you some BS. It was pouring down raining and extremely cold and had been for a week in the winter time. So we tried to reschedule. I sent a very clear text to our guy. Next day the Dogs started freaking out and I look outside and a man I've never met is in my back yard. If I hadn't just let my dogs in, he would have been bitten. Because he went through the closed gate and entered our property (without permission). They don't care. They only want to get you in a contract and do what they want to do, when they want to do it. Luckily, we never signed a contract. We tried to speak to them about this. We Called, emailed sent screenshots of my texts to their guys. They just don't care. They will come to your house and bill you no matter what. Doesn't matter if you're home or not, if you have animals, gates, nothing will stop them from getting your money, when they want. Use a small local company and save yourself the hassle of their complete lack of customer service, high pressure, commission based, corporate, profits over people mindset and way of doing business.

The management should definitely consider having two people at the registers at all times, one dedicated to who needs support with shipping and another one for quicker drop-off services. Unfortunately, in 2026 we all need a receipt, as too many problems occur after the package is dropped off. If they could define a better system, it would be a neat little office. Just too slow. Ah, and the young girls working there are not really prepared. I witnessed one of them telling a guy that she didn't know if the shipping cost for a 30lb box or 50 lbs would be much different. I knew the answer and it's not even my job. Another one signed a document on behalf of UPS when, apparently, she was not authorized to do.

The service technician sensed that, and told me to relax... he would make it easy and set it up for me... He spent over an hour to set up my Microsoft Account and Chrome on my new machine... synched everything... all files and photos were preserved... and as he said... when I got home and plugged it in... voila... it all worked terrifically. I am so happy with my new computer... this young man deserves ten stars... real customer service... he took care of me...!!!

I ended up finding what I needed and made my way to the Pro Department to checkout and the girl working was alone at the desk with no customers. She saw me waiting in her line as the only human there and she asked what I wanted... I said to check out. She literally told me she was busy and to go checkout somewhere else! Wow! Altogether, I liked this Home Depot and would come back.

Had a friend bring me a spare but the lug wrench was too small for my lug-nuts. Hopped in their car and Yelp helped me find the nearest parts store (remember I'm not from here). Walked into the store and the staff were all friendly, didn't degrade me for being a woman (as many guys tend to do when it comes to auto work). They matched my wheels and helped me find the correct 4way lug wrench. Told me good luck and that if it didn't fit to bring it back and they'd gladly replace it.
