Unlike most people who gave this service center a bad review because they are unhappy with UPS in general, or because there is not a 'UPS Store' locally, I give the Bullhead center 5 stars. They are always helpful and easy to deal with. read more

This Hass to be the worst service in the world, you talk to a machine, and then, when you do get someone on the phone from a Third World country. It's like talking to the machine has no answers. Absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend this for anybody. also, they give you a time window, which they never make it on time. Bullhead city, Arizona the worst ! UPS wants you to use their website, which is totally useless, as the times that they put when they're going to deliver the package. Cannot depend on them. read more

ZERO STARS! I believe the UPS Drivers' prefer to leave the packages at the CVS Access on Miracle Mile rather than make a deliver to you. Personally, I have better things to do than go to CVS when I pay to have items delivered. And I sincerely hope you do not need to speak with anybody at UPS, all calls are only automated and get you nowhere. Not happy with UPS here in BHC. read more

So on Thursday of last week a Next Day Overnight (not economy) began it's journey to me from Georgia to me in Bullhead City, AZ. It was dropped at the UPS facility at 2pm on Friday because nobody showed to pick it up from the company the day before as was supposed to happen when the origin company printed the label. It made its way to Hapeville, GA by midnight on Friday. It hung out in Rockford, IL early that morning and most of the day finally getting to Ontario, CA late on Saturday where it seems to have partied the rest of the night away, spending Sunday hungover in Goodyear, AZ, finally arriving in Bullhead just after 7am Monday morning. Anxiously awaiting this package, containing a check and travel documents, I've been sitting at the window watching for the driver all morning. Just now, I check my app, and it says the driver tried to deliver, but they missed me. That is not possible! I have to wonder if he didn't want to return here because last Thursday (coincidentally the same day my package was supposed to be picked up), I had another package delivered to me late in the afternoon. Upon arrival, the driver crashed into the awning of my carport damaging it enough that it is unstable and without part of its roof now. Thankfully their insurance agents sent someone out, on time , to deal with that. I called customer service and they told me they could contact the driver but I may not get it today. Or, they could have it held at a warehouse where they SHOULD get it by 430pm. But they close at 5pm. Now my app says it is going to a different location or access point for pickup, but don't say when it will be available. Seriously guys, what the actual f*@$?!?! read more

One package was supposedly Delivered on 9/15/20 my email said it was left on porch. Second package was supposedly delivered on 9/16/20 and left on porch. We arrived at home on 9/17/20 and no packages on porch. Or anywhere to be found. Usually the driver tosses our packages over our gate when it is locked. No packages. I finally got to a real person after 23 minutes going through the automated menu. I could barely understand the CSR so nothing got resolved. Very poor service. I would have given a minus one rating if if I could have. read more

Never before did we have a problem with UPS but we received a notification last night a little after 9 p.m. that are package had been delivered. We looked outside and where they always put it on the front porch by the door it was not there it was dark. Are Alexa kept telling us the next day it have been delivered I looked up the tracking number which that it have been delivered so once again we looked outside in the daytime they had said it on the sidewalk in front of our house we're lucky it was still there read more

UPS claims they delivered my packing to my front door and the driver signed for it at 5:58pm on Dec 10th, 2019. Funny thing, my package wasn't delivered at all. I was home, I have full view of the street in front of my house and no one knocked on either of my doors nor did any of my security cameras pick up any activity at that time. Also, last year a driver made a U-turn in front of my house and instead of making a 3 point turn, he opted to make the full turn and push my trash can out of his way with the front of his truck!!...WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE WATCHING! Bullhead city, UPS drivers suck and they lie...or maybe it is just ONE driver making them all look bad! My package was sent general delivery, Laughlin NV from SLC. It then went to Phoenix and then to Bullhead City. It arrived in Bullhead on the 15th. They could not do anything with it, no calls, no returns, no nothing, because it did not have the street address for the Post Office that they deliver to every day in Laughlin. I called on the 25th and looked up the physical address for them as they said they could not do that. Today is the 28th and it is still sitting in Bullheas City. Maybe they lost it know? I only selected a single star because it would not let me post with a zero rating. read more

I shipped a family heirloom from Ohio to my cousin in Laughlin, AZ. It was logged in and out of 4 different locations before Bullhead City. Now they are saying it is lost. This is a 36 x 30 x6 carton. It was a framed ornate wedding certificate of my grandparents dated 1907. It cannot be replaced. The UPS store that packed and shipped it is considered the shipper, not me, so UPS won't even talk to me. I hear "it happens all the time". The say they investigated but I have no proof they did. With such a blasé attitude about their customer's property, it makes me wonder. Oh, and BTW I found out that a fragile sticker does not change the way they handle a package. I learned this from someone in the shipping business. All of this information should have been relayed when I asked the store if they could handle a package like this. NEVER ship anything that cannot be replaced with UPS. They will not get any of my business going forward. read more
