Can NOT recommend this business…read more No one showed. Called owner (Justin) 30 minutes after appointment time, he said his salesman had come and spoken with someone. Told him his salesman went to the wrong house - I was at the home 15 min before the appt time and no one showed. Told him a 'no-show' is a bad first impression, gives the customer doubt the business is competent. Recommended his salesman take map reading classes re: how to find the right address - but that I was willing to try again. Justin said 'I can tell you sound irritated and you are very insulting - I do not think we can serve you." I agreed and hung up. Justin violated every rule of "taking care of the customer' in a single 1-minute phone call! Most definitely not a business that seems interested in growing its customer base, and not a business that deserves customers ... !

He has over 30 years of experience and it really shows through his knowledge and recommendations. A warning on this Budget Paver Seal company who seems to be run by One person named Jimmy Dock aka…read moreJimmy Martin. He now works here in the treasure Coast area. He gave us an invoice for work to be done on our driveway. It's supposed to come with a two-year warranty. He wanted us to make the checks payable to his name and not the company. He would go to the bank and cash the check directly apparently. The quality of work was very poor, I have called him since he did the job in January, came up with many excuses why he couldn't come, out of town, etc. has yet to come to repair the horrible work, which only lasted two days after done even after letting the driveway dry an additional two days than recommended. I asked him kindly when he would come, he blocked me, no further answer any of his emails. Please don't fall victim to this person. I tried to give him some business. Please see a copy of the invoice. The man never came back to do his job and he blocks your number when you ask him when he's coming back to back up the warranty. I have been waiting since January. Please do not use this man here is the picture of his Poor quality of work. Don't be distracted by the best price

I called this company to get an estimate on having a huge old oak tree removed from a backyard…read more The tree is over 100' tall and at least 30' in circumference. It is between a deck and garage and the yard is fenced and in a subdivision. The gentleman was out within two days of my call and quickly provided a very reasonable estimate. He was understanding of my need to get more estimates and gave me good information on what to ask others - like the amount of insurance, name of insurance companies, workman's comp. the decision on which company we will use is still pending. But if this companies work is a good as man I dealt with (Philip?) I will be pleased. A review will follow.

As the partner of an employee who recently worked with this company, I feel compelled to speak up…read moreabout the unacceptable treatment my partner received from Joe Ochs the new owner. My partner is a hardworking minority man who showed up and gave his full effort--working long hours in 98-degree heat to fulfill the job requirements as agreed upon. Not only was he underpaid for the labor he completed, but he was also told that his payment would be delayed until the following week, despite being clearly informed that he would be paid on Friday. That was the agreement, and for a working man with a family to support, that delay and lack of respect is more than just an inconvenience--it's disheartening and unjust. To treat any worker this way--especially someone who honored their end of the deal in extreme conditions--is unprofessional and exploitative. People deserve fair pay for fair work, and no one should be left waiting or wondering if they'll be compensated properly, especially after enduring such conditions. This experience reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability that no company should tolerate. I sincerely hope that leadership and other partners considering working with this company take a hard look at how workers, especially minority employees, are being treated--because this is not just about money, it's about fairness, dignity, and basic human decency. I am truly disappointed in Kenny's Tree Service.
