I found the product to be no more than pieces of junk which emitted a high-pitched feedback squeal into my ears there was no way to get rid of it so I shipped them back to the point of origin for a refund. They are kicking and squealing and do not want to give my refund. I then went through PayPal. Complaint department following their procedures was promptly told of would get my money back in the form of very refund as soon as I sent the items back. Hello! The company already has their item back they were sent back to the point of origin. Now PayPal is advising me to send them to Australia. They worship from Hawthorne California.
