To keep this review short and simple, and to not divulge health or patient information, DO NOT solicit or rely on Dr. Hopkin for medical advice or prescription medication. Based on a number of experiences with Dr. Hopkin, his methods are questionable, including his approach to providing medical advice and/or prescription medication. His practice makes patients uncomfortable, and violates (what I believe to be) fair medical practice. Upon further review, Dr. Hopkin's medical history indicates he is unable to practice in hospitals. I wonder why?

Currently, I have been off of a needed medication for almost a week. I requested refill on Monday and today is Thursday. The pharmacy stated to give the office a call as it always takes a long time to get a response. I called the office, and once again, they stated that they have not received the request. This occurs nearly every month and is unacceptable. I would not recommend their service, and as of today, I shall no longer be their patient! The only reason I gave two starts was for David Day. The office staff would not be employed if I owned the business.

The nurses and staff at Grand Peaks are always great as well and make me feel so comfortable. I feel welcome and positive every time I'm in the office. The billing department is also great.
