The pump didn't explode, the receipt printed, and no one tried to sell me a timeshare. Honestly, flawless execution. They also have snacks inside, if you're into that kind of thing. I didn't buy any, but it's good to know they're there in case I ever feel the sudden urge to eat something wrapped in plastic and optimism. If you need gas and enjoy the thrill of pumping it yourself, this place won't disappoint. Would I come back? Sure, when my car needs more gas. When i got my truck back they told me i had numerous items that needed replacing. I asked for a quote and got one. They stated i needed Tie Rod ends Drag link equipment and also Swat Bar bushings Just to name a few. It totaled over $1,000.00. Me the smart shopper i went and got 2 estimates 1 in Medford & 1 in California because i was headed that way. Both shops told me that i had NOTHING wrong with my truck. Now Les Schwaub is a company that wants your daughter, Wife & even good ol Grandma to trust their name as a reputable place to bring your car. Id say my thoughts are pointing to other places to get my truck looked at. The trust has been BROKEN and after talking to the manager who was a nice guy, I told him he should investigate who worked on my truck and thouroughly school them on how to diagnose a vehicle. Get a 2nd or a 3rd opinion after going here. I will not be coming back to uneducated mechanics that dont know what they are looking at.

The crew gets it done thoroughly and promptly That said, my one pet peeve that cost them a star is that when they went to check my tire inflation pressure, they inflate it to what the tire sidewall says is max, and not the proper tire pressure on the OEM sticker in the doorjamb of my vehicle, This means they overinflated my tires this last time and it's a sign of an inexperienced tech/mechanic. I was in the auto industry for decades and YOU ALWAYS GO WITH THE MANUFACTURERS DOOR STICKER ON TIRE PRESSURES- the only exception is if the car does not have the correct OEM tire sizes on, and I DO. I had also told them what tire pressures they should be (they didn't check the door sticker) and the guy doing the tire inflation ignored it. Unacceptable. Maybe he figured at least he checked them and I didn't leave with the tires low, but that's not the point and it's not professional. Overinflation causes premature wear and improper tread contact on the road.

They were able to get my car in the next day diagnosed, and repaired while I waited. Tech did the repairs quickly,then took the car for a test drive and was quite concerned about a rear wheel bearing noise. He recommended a quick ck and decided bearing was finished. The owner Ken gave me a loaner for the night and the Tech had my car ready to go by 8:30am. :} In my opinion this is exceptional service and should be recognized as such. Thanks for the help.
