When it's not what I want, I'll point out the issues and give them a chance to fix it. After that, I just let it go because they either don't possess the ability to understand my issue or fix it. Used to be great, especially Roxanne, but she's gone now and apparently it's VERY hit or miss. I won't be back anymore because I need reliability and competency. Everyone there is very nice and customer service is good as well, but if you can't do a simple fade and scissor trim up top, I can't keep coming back.

They're lazy and take forever to cut your hair. I got a hair cut and I told them don't cut my hair line leave my side burns and no gel. Next this you know this guy is trimming my hair line and cuts me with the blade, shaves my face and cakes my head with a glob of gel. Another time, I go in for a haircut that I made an appointment for at 4pm and the guy wasn't even here so I left to get some food and come back. He's here when I come back and is doing someone else's hair so I wait but then starts doing 2 other people's hair even though I was scheduled at 4pm and end up waiting over 2 extra hours for my haircut.
