After driving an hour to get there around 9 am, I was told that a machine was down and it was going to be a longer wait than anticipated. Tiffany was so professional and kind, giving me updates on the time, and I was able to sit outside in the courtyard while waiting. I had a schedule MRI at this location. Its was an early morning appointment. The office space and…read morebuilding was so quiet and relaxing. I entered into the imaging suite and was in search of the kiosks, as my chart instructions for a quick and efficient check in, was to scan the QR code that was provided. As I was I was probably looking confused, a lady quickly asked if I had an appointment, verified info I provided and told me I was checked in and someone would be out to get me. There were about 4 other people in the waiting room that seems to seat comfortably 35-40 people. I waited about 10 minutes and was taken back to prep for the imaging. Staff were friendly and efficient. All areas were clean appearing. The MRI imaging table and techniques hurt my back and was very uncomfortable. At some point I think I was forgotten about as there was a 5+ minute pause in the scan. I had a bi lateral imaging done so the first side was 12 minutes and the other side was about 20. It was too long for no cushion under my legs or back. I would come back to this location in the early morning as today. (Before daylight)

However, it has been over 122 hours since my MRI and the physician's report has not been completed or sent to my referring doctor. The website claims 24 hours. The front desk said it "usually is done in 24-48" hours. But here I am over 5 days later without any answers. After having my insurance company come and threaten action on their part, I was finally told that my scan would be read in the next hour. So I'm not sure if I recommend them or not. I say go at your own risk of not getting results in a timely manner

He was also very very caring and asked why I was there as far as what was going on with my body and bid me a get better and hope everything works out as I left! I have had appointments in Eldersburg, Westminster, Glen Burnie, and Ellicott City. NEVER have I had an unpleasant experience! The staff at every facility has been cordial, kind, and very caring. I have never had to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen, and I cannot say enough about the very compassionate staff at all of them! I have been extremely grateful for the empathetic people working at Advanced Radiology as I go through this very difficult time of my life!

I was sent a text message about what I should…read moreexpect to pay for my imaging prior to services.I paid in full the days of my imaging, 3 different images on 3 different days. Today I get a text message from a collection agency saying I have a balance that was unpaid and they need to collect it. I am beyond furious as I was never sent an invoice, email, text message, nothing stating I owed anything further after they billed my insurance. They clearly had my phone number to text me prior to services and my address to send the statement to. It is very frustrating.

Despite this, I've been receiving a $2,000 bill every month since. Each time I manage to reach someone in billing, I'm told it's a mistake, and they apologize and assure me it will be resolved. Yet here we are, and now the bill has gone to collections. I've been told multiple times that a supervisor will call me back, but no one is ever available, and no one follows through. It has been incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible to get this resolved. It's unfortunate because the actual staff who administered the mammogram were very professional and friendly.

My interactions with the MRI group were disappointing. After suffering a back injury, I went into…read morethe ER at LG Health and had an MRI. After being told the radiologist that read the scan interpreted it as a bulging disk, I was discharged to home with pain, numbness and weakness of my leg. I suffered through the next 2 weeks before my primary doctor referred me to a neurosurgeon for follow up. At that office visit, I was told that the radiologist at the MRI group misinterpreted the MRI and that I indeed had a left far lateral disk herniation. I read up on this diagnosis and it can be commonly missed by radiology. I did receive a bill for there diagnostic service but I refused to pay for a misread MRI causing me a delay in treatment and pain and suffering. After disputing the bill, I was told that the radiology would not change her opinion and that I would need to pay the bill. Right now I am awaiting surgery to repair that disk herniation. This radiologist won't admit her mistake and is arrogant and conceited (I even sent over the documentation from the neurosurgeons notes). Obviously they don't care about their patients, just their wallets!!

The "lady" at the front desk has no chance of winning a congeniality award. I told her that I didn't come there for a lecture; rather for an MRI. She just looked at me as though she just sucked on a lemon.

As the support person in this case, I am impressed by the kindness and care of all of the people…read morewe've met here (it's been 4 weeks - daily Monday through Friday for treatment). From the receptionist, to the valet parking attendant, to the Staff - everyone is kind and welcoming. The person I am supporting here told me that the nurses and radiology technicians are all very kind and helpful. The waiting area is bright and comfortable, and actually has a machine that produces decent coffee. I don't valet park, and there's a garage one block away that is very convenient and the Center validates, so it is free. I don't wish the need for this type of facility on anyone, but if you do need it, it is a comfortable and positive place to go through a difficult and necessary situation.

There were very helpful in assisting with the usual terrible process of the insurance company trying to undercut you.
