The park manager is on-site and so is the relief manager. They are both very nice, extremely helpful, and keep the park running at it's finest. There are strict rules, which I like, because otherwise people take advantage. I like that there is security that works most of the night...that makes us feel safe. The maintenance staff keeps the park very, very clean and I have had many friends, etc. comment to me about that. Another comment I get from people who are visiting the park is that they love that the "street signs" have the space numbers on them, instead of street names or nothing at all, like some parks. It makes it much simpler to find a home, especially your first time here. All this, plus the space rents are definitely some of the lowest around. I am very happy to be an owner in this park and I give the credit to the park managers, Ramona and Michelle.

Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. If I'm right in front of you, why don't you just spit on me, I mean it's still a charge. I was told the reserve parking was is for the whites and the Mexicans that steal identities for them so that way they can have a place to live. I had no idea that there are areas like that. From more of a modern environment I never had racial issues. I'm new to this environment but maybe if they put signs and separate themselves in groups from whites, Mexicans, and blacks, because I am so confused on how that kind of thing is going on. It's not really inappropriate I'm only asking because if I get a noose put on my steps or trees again after I already notified the police I'm gonna have to write a letter, this type of speech is definitely appropriate because I'm confused. I will not get into details because I have a legal matter right now, but yes, supposedly my car was not in the drivable conditions but yet on my security cameras, I can see that the tow truck driver was, literally waiting for me to leave. Put my car in neutral because I left it unlocked back to tow truck and was easily able to tow it since my car was running according it was a non-operable vehicle therefore on the contract they could tow it and all my fees were paid for with the DMV, yeah this is private property. Therefore, it was basically stealing. Then I was accused with no evidence of lending my handicap placard to another resident of this place. All I gotta say is defamation of character also eyes caught their maintenance guy going through my stuff in my driveway/carport on camera when I'm not home. I've seen these vehicles that they have operate literally blowing stop signs in the community driving recklessly and when I confronted the individual, he told me he was responding to an emergency. You are in charge of maintenance. You're not a security guard nor a police officer. Also once you are on someone's side, they will go after you. I know there's a contract you sign when you agree to live in this community and if you break the rules just consequences I'm fine with that but your own crew your staff in general don't want to say any names but I am aware that some of these individuals live in the community. Therefore, they should follow the same guidelines and rules we have. No your laws and rights they practice predatory towing. I've seen them go through about four different tow companies that they have a contract or some sort of agreement with all are very unprofessional and allegedly they give a kickback to a certain person that is in charge of certain things that are Manage at this park, but I can't prove it. I've also seen tow truck operators are so eager to tow a car that they don't even hook the car on properly drive away and drop the vehicle. And the tow truck driver could care less doesn't stop keeps dragging the vehicle. I have all this on camera. I once was actually accused of letting or sharing my handicap placard. Just because my girlfriend also has a handicap placard and I have one as well. They sent me a text stating that it was brought to their attention that I was lending or sharing my handicap placard with my girlfriend.

A 60 day notice needs to go to the lien holder and owner of the home. The office and attorney lied when they advised I was served as the lien holder, pls see picture. Per state law: "Neither a copy of the 3-day notice per CC 798.56(e)(6)(A) or a copy of the 60-day notice per CC 798.56(e)(6) were never sent certified mail return receipt requested as per your certified mail & tracking. The 30-day time frame under CC 798.56(e)(6) never started to run, as to cure the default, the money orders have been sent and just under CC 798.56(e)(6)(C) the 60-day notice to remove the mobile home is and thereby Rescinded, please send your notice of recission upon receipt of money orders and cashier's check." The request was never answered after buyers were discriminated against per the Fair housing act. Please see Shawn p's review as the realtor. I know the law and was able to beat country meadows and their attorney, Ariel Bedell with the amazing help of Chanel Beery as the realtor. We fought back and beat country meadows with the discrimatory method. If you find yourself in a situation with CM and Martha attempting to take your property, I encourage you to fight back and contact Chanel to review your options. We did and the property was sold !

Oh and make sure you keep records of the rent you have paid. They will come to you and tell you that you owe back rent!! I thank God I had my receipts and proved I had paid my rent each month!! While this community has had its challenges with some of the residents bringing in some undesirables, and the on-site management team has done a good job of removing these "issues." The community is maintained and a great place to live. Pickle ball courts, dog park, social club events, and the list could go on. To keep it real, some of the homes here are in need maintenance, but other than that, folks in this community do try to help one another. Come join our community!
