The park manager is on-site and so is the relief manager. They are both very nice, extremely helpful, and keep the park running at it's finest. There are strict rules, which I like, because otherwise people take advantage. I like that there is security that works most of the night...that makes us feel safe. The maintenance staff keeps the park very, very clean and I have had many friends, etc. comment to me about that. Another comment I get from people who are visiting the park is that they love that the "street signs" have the space numbers on them, instead of street names or nothing at all, like some parks. It makes it much simpler to find a home, especially your first time here. All this, plus the space rents are definitely some of the lowest around. I am very happy to be an owner in this park and I give the credit to the park managers, Ramona and Michelle.

Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. If you make sure your home is well kept , are friendly and abide by the park policies that are clearly stated, there should be no issues. There are a lot of little teens and pre teens running around but they seem to be decent kids, and we don't have an issue with kids being around at a family park. The management team appears to be genuinely concerned with the quality of living and overall park appearance and environment. There Re some older homes here but they all seem to be kept up pretty well considering the age of some of the homeowners. I pay less as well. there is no HOA at Country Meadows but it is worse with the constant inspections of homes and everything in property. I didn't expect that and pay $2,300 for only space rent here. plus having to pay my mobile home of $1,700 a month. total $4,000 something a month). if you try to leave too they make you redo your home up to code making your home look brand new before being able to leave. People dump items that are too big that should be broken down to fit or when the bin is full they just throw trash on top or on the sides filling the area out side the trash bin.People don't wait until pick up day to put trash in an empty bin. While this community has had its challenges with some of the residents bringing in some undesirables, and the on-site management team has done a good job of removing these "issues." The community is maintained and a great place to live. Pickle ball courts, dog park, social club events, and the list could go on. To keep it real, some of the homes here are in need maintenance, but other than that, folks in this community do try to help one another. Come join our community!
