My husband has been a client here for nearly 21 years. He's had the opportunity to transfer to a unit closer to home, but declined. Because the staff here is like family. Although the turnover is pretty rapid, a few are veterans. When he comes home and talks about Oscar, or Nancy, his face lights up. They are all very professional, and are excellent at what they do. Facilities are extremely clean. The only downside is they are sometimes understaffed, and clients are left waiting to either go on a machine, or be taken off. That, of course, is no fault of theirs. They make what is a difficult situation, much easier to tolerate. read more
