The fact that he didn't even try at all sloppy rude person, its a horrible that this is what they hire to represent their company. I'm so disgusted by the experience I had that I will no longer be returning to any shell gas station at all and not becoming a reward member from this company. I will not tolerate this kind of treatment from a business that doesn't appreciate me giving them my dollars! That gift card it's definitely trash!!!!!!! This happened at 10pm shell gas station in upland 720 E 9th St. 91786 upland ca, it was an older guy probably 50s normally works nights has always been rude doesn't change, I asked for his name he refused to give it to me and to give me a managers name and refused as well the date 6/19/25 I believe his name is Philip and there have been numerous complaints about this person and yet nothing to resolve this problem ,with keeping this person here this is ridiculous. This person will cause your gas station to close with that kind of customer service. I will be taking this to corporate. No sell here

I had to Google a few times on how many more miles do I have after the flashing starts. It's not the best place to be really. Anyway, this Shell was the closest to me at the time. Got off the 210 freeway at Campus Ave. Drove right into this Shell. Filled up the gas tank. And breathed out a sigh of relief. Whew, another close call! LOL As for gas prices, I don't really check for which gas station has the best price. If I need gas, I will go with the closest gas station. However, I don't just pump any gas brand. I am choosy in this area because I want to make sure my car doesn't have a hard time with unknown gas. Shell is one of the good ones. It was indeed a very quick visit as all gas station visits are unless I have to walk inside the food mart or see the cashier. Btw, this Shell is next to In-N-Out... another great reason to exit the freeway even if you don't need gas. This will be my go-to Shell for sure either on my way home or the other way to somewhere. Thank you Shell!

OMG... they have been here since I was a teenager. It's been a while since I pumped here at this gas station, but it was available when I needed it most. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Exterior was clean and well kept. They have a food mart, car wash, and tinting which is a bonus. It was a quick visit at the gas pump. I prefer to pay at the pump and not go see the cashier unless I have to. Last resort, I would write down or take a photo of the cost. Price was in the low $5.00 for regular octane 87. I was going to pump half tank, but decided to fill her up. Why waste time and energy for a savings of some change? Now I have this as my go-to gas station whenever I'm visiting my Mom in Upland and need a quick gas pump before heading out on our Saturday run for foods in the San Gabriel Valley area... yes, this is our weekend ritual LOL.
