Worst gas station ever. They're always closed at night, and the cashier is rude. I have no idea why management hasn't noticed how badly this place is run. I've come by three times around 8 p.m., and every time they were closed. The morning cashier with the tattoo on her eyebrow has the worst attitude I've ever seen. I will never come back here. read more

I live 2 blocks from this station. They have approximately 20 signs around the station that say they sell propane, available from 6:00am to 8:00pm. I went there this morning 2-14-2024 to have 4 bottles filled. They wouldn't fill them as either the person behind the counter wouldn't come do it or they don't have enough help. There were no cars at gas pumps or other customers in the store at the time. This isn't the first time they have denied service. It will be the last time I give them my business. I did however as a result find a great place for propane in Ontario 2.5 miles from there, Pacific Coast Propane. Pacific Coasts price was also a $1.00 less per gallon. Check their hours for service, but if they are open it's worth the 2.5 mile drive. read more

My dad and I went in because we needed to fill our RV with propane and when we asked the woman behind the counter said "the guy just left I can't do it" and we asked her if she knew anywhere around that did propane and she said No. A few minutes passed as my dad and I were in the parking lot looking for somewhere to fill propane and my dad needed change, so I went in and when I asked her she was closing to help someone else with Propane. I'm not sure why she didn't want to help us with our propane but she chose to help someone else. She was very rude and not helpful read more

I don't get my gas here often but what I do get almost weekly are my Propane Tanks filled. For our 2nd business (Catering/Food Truck) & for my travel trailer (tanks pictured). They have a great price point especially for bulk fill-ups or even for small top offs & fills, the attendants are always professional & attentive, an always well kept station. I see Diane most of the time along with Mona & they're good people working hard & holding down their own. I'm a resident and have been coming here for decades so if you need Propane they're conveniently located off the 10fwy & Mountain exit (north to 8th). read more

The clerk was so racist! I walked in to prepay with cash. When it was my turn she declined to take my money by saying we didn't have change. I was confused as she just helped a man with cash, I stated. She caught herself, and said oh he took my last cash. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and grabbed my debit card from the car. I came back and she asked for my ID with my card. I gave her both. She took a while looking at it and started bending it. Then she stated my name was too long. I was in shock! I grabbed my cards and told her I didn't need her service. I understand fraud or what have you happens quite often, but this situation was a poor sense of judgment. read more

Thank you Shell for being there when I needed you most! Helpless as a bird with broken wings, I was on the brink of desertion. For I made a costly miscalculation. Ok, what really happened is I'm so lazy when it comes to getting gas that I was running on fumes. I had less than a quarter tank but my V8 eats gas like I eat donuts. There was no way I was going to make it home. Plans for calling AAA and friends to bring me gas were running through my mind. It was late. 3am ish. I had "LOW FUEL" reading on the dash. No more distance till empty measurement. The arrow was below E. I was in trouble. I was on the 210 and exited Mountain. Before I would gripe about this shell location, but now I found it to be most favorable because I was able to coast on neutral all the way down. Instant relief as I saw the lights of the gas station. The yellow and red paint was my finish line and I was welcomed by an employee cleaning outside. I wanted to hug him. I made it. And of course my lazy self pumped less than half a tank. read more

Ummmmmm, this is a gas station. Where you get gas and munchies if you're hungry. Also, propane for summer time BBQs. I don't really understand how you evaluate gas stations but here goes: Pumps always work and some have TVs on them to entertain you while your hard earned paycheck gets guzzled up by your car. Snacks and drinks are plentiful inside with a wide assortment and for about what you'd expect to pay at a convenience store. Options for propane are: 1) Refill your tank or 2) Exchange your tank. Whether you go for either option, there is typically only one person manning the gas station and he/she has to clear out all customers from inside the store before he/she can go outside and fill/exchange your tank. (By the way, option 1 is waaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than option 2). The air and water machine is free to paying customers ($1.00 for non paying) and, I KID YOU NOT, when I say that this is the ONLY functioning air and water machine within a 5 mile radius (yes, I've been in the situation which resulted in my personal knowledge on the subject). They have a few sketchy "regulars" here and some of the store employees are dismissive and rude but, then again, it's a gas station. read more

Their customer is horrible. The girl on shift now has a very bad attitude. I had to wait 30 plus minutes and 4 reminders of letting her know I was still waiting before she came outside. I could see if there had been a lot of traffic coming thru for gas but there was not. This is the worst station I have ever been too!!! I will never come back here. read more

I go here to get our propane tanks filled at work for the fork lifts. It's really the only place in the area that does it since Chevron on Central is gone now. read more

If you think you are paying the cash price, think again! The only people who get that price are the ones with green stuff. Debit does not count as cash like it does at other gas stations. At least at Arco they let you know before you start that debit is .35 cents, but they make up for it by selling gas cheaper. It is total bs... Don't go there the shell down the street is the same ad the cash price no matter what! I feel cheated, even if it only cost me a couple extra dollars:( read more
