But she was with me all the way on this journey! My item was damaged beyond repair and I had insured the package. My claim was denied a couple of times but Ms. Andrade kept fighting for me! This is so rare to find anymore in an employee, I'm humbled and inspired by her tenacity. Prompt email responses to my questions, actually a true advocate for me the customer!! I can't thank you enough Ms. Andrade, it was no longer about the insurance claim money but the principle of the matter. If a company is going to offer you to insure an item and it's damaged beyond repair, pay the insurance! Thank you again, Ms Andrade, Jane LaQua

I would say one of the only drawbacks is that you can't call them to ask questions; their phone goes straight to voicemail with the option to leave a message. I tried calling to verify that the notary was onsite during the advertised hours, but the phone was disconnected. I happened to be driving by the store later that day and noticed that they were opened so I stopped in to inquire see if the notary was in and the clerk stated that he was also waiting for them to show up. Not a great way to run a business in these times. The place was kind of run down and there were loud music videos playing on a television, but they are open. I didn't go there for anything other than notary services, so I'm not sure on their pricing. Two-Stars because the clerk was very friendly and apologetic.
