I had an inspection done by David Daniels. I was not present only my realtor. His report was very detailed and thorough. He prefaced by stating how he was going to score everything depending on what looked like it needed to be urgently attended to, what could possibly need fixing in the near term and anything that was fine. Everything is color coded and easy to follow. Pictures of everything is included with a detailed description. He used a drone for the roof, and that worked just fine. Very pleased with the overall experience of his inspection. read more

Great turn-around. They inspected the home on Monday and had our inspection done in a few days.

Nate took a lot of time checking everything on the home we are buying. This is the first time we've moved into someone else's home since we were married 35 years ago. So a whole new experience for us. And with the current temperature in the real estate market being so difficult right now......His competency was definitely appreciated and a great comfort! He was so good at walking us through everything he found, and explaining everything! I feel it went along way to ease our tension! Oh and having the report ready in our inbox the next day helped to keep us rolling in a timely fashion. We're very grateful! Would definitely recommend using. Thank you Nate! read more

I am a first time home buyer, as you know this can be very stressful. The home I am purchasing is 60 years old so I asked WIN to do our inspection, we worked with Tyler. His customer service is great and he is very thorough, he helped me understand the issues at hand, and what they may cause in the future, as well as offered his expert advice. He definitely eased the anxieties of purchasing a older home. read more

WIN Home Inspection was great. WIN confirmed the appointment, sent approval paperwork and payment all online, it was simple and painless. Nathan arrived on time and he was pleasant and super easy to work with. I shadowed him over his shoulder much of the time and asked lots of questions about what he was finding and he didn't seem to mind. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his time. Despite having one more building than he was expected and that the buildings weren't get great condition, he didn't make a fuss, he just got into it and did the job. I received a downloadable inspection report online a few days later, it is detailed and thorough. I would definitely use again. Thank you WIN & Nathan! read more
