Whenever I have a question regarding my investment property, Valerie always responded quickly with clear answers to my questions. I've always felt that Valerie takes her time to make sure that any concerns or issues I have about my property is well addressed. Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant.
