We purchased new microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher while completing a kitchen remodel…read more John was fantastic to work with. We needed a new LP gas line run as we moved from an electric to a gas range and also added our gas dryer (not purchased from Jensen Akins). The guys that delivered, installed & removed the old appliances were also very good. They took care not to scratch or dent anything & also reviewed many of the new features of all the items. The work was done very well. We've now owned our appliances for 6 months. We had one issue with our over the range microwave. It stopped working. I called J-A and they were out the next day. The issue seemed to be a bad fuse it was replaced, tested & all seemed well. About 3 days later it died again, this time a key part (I'm sorry I don't know the name of the part) was the issue. They ordered the part which arrived in two days was installed and we've had no issues since. Not only was our business experience with the folks at J-A exemplary, being new to the Conover, Land O' Lakes area as we were they told us about the "Taste of Conover", "Forth of July" & other area events that we've enjoyed.
