The other was a floor model. It was reasonably priced and ready to take home the day I bought it. My experiences with the service department were always satisfactory. The staff seem to be bike nerds who are not particularly friendly or engaging with the customers -- but they get the job done -- and all of my bike needs can be taken care of here in Minocqua so I don't have to trek off to Madison or Milwaukee.
