Very sketchy place because of the location and the people you see, but nothing to be truly concerned about. To begin the set up is nice and open. Its cleaned a d welcoming. I was looking for a non nicotine vaporizer pin. I was shown one as well at the juice for it. When I got back to my car I noticed the juice was expired by a few months so I went back. I was allowed to look through them myself and found one with an expiration of 4/19 and so I got that one. The person there was nice and didn't give me a hard time. I also bought a soda and sadly I had to throw it away. It naste funny and so I looked at the date and it expired January 2018. Having expired items is unacceptable and brought there stars down quite a bit. Customer Service was fine but old stuff no no no. read more

Been coming here for the past year to get vape juices and puff bars , and I cannot tell you how dissapointed i am with how many dead disposables I've bought from this shop. It feels almost like a gamble when i get one weather it will work or not. And they do not do returns once you step out the store despite what they respond on yelp saying they do . So I started a new job in the area and found myself needing some vape juice. This was the closest vape shop to my office so I decided to check it out. I walked in and at first glance the place looked decent. For a minute I thought that whoever was working must have been in the back because I didn't hear anyone or see anyone inside after I entered. Turns out an older gentleman that was working was behind the counter but reclined in his chair looking at his phone. When I realized he was there I asked if he had "Naked brand, Lava Flow in 6 mg." He looked at me like I had 2 heads and confirmed what I said. I mentioned it again figuring the masks may be muffling my voice. Then he pointed down the store and said "that's what I got man." I was really disappointed that he didn't take the time to A: greet me, B: have the experience to know what I was talking about, C: didn't bother to even show me where the vape juice was or let me know what options he had. Again I asked so do you have lava flow in 6 mg? He then said, "No, that's what I got." After looking through this case or vape juice inventory, I noticed he actually did have what I asked for and he didn't even know it... then I told him that he did have it and I would take that. Then he started muttering something but couldn't understand because he has a heavy accent. By this time I just asked how much it was and put the cash down and walked out. No customer service at all, and honestly it seems like this guy doesn't even care about his business or customers. Not gonna go back for a while. its pretty simple I walk in ask for a couple Newport's. this Guy gets me a couple packs rings me up. but by the time I realized they are marlboros the transaction is done. now we could both be considered in the wrong because he grabbed the wrong smokes and I didnt double check it. I admit I was wrong then end up buying a pack of Newport's. now i was stressing for personal reasons and I admit it wa dumb not to check but did he really not even offer to correct the wrong packs purchases. apparently yes because I ended with 2 packs I didn't want, could I have ask for a refund or exchange yes as wel. I give this store a 3 from a 5 stars. Reason for this is I like the workers with the exception of one. I never had a problem until the employee today 20190903 at 215 pm. I asked a price from the worker and told me a price. I just said that is pricey a little. He then got defensive and told me that the person I bought my smok nord before sales fakes.
