THE BEST PLACE!!!!! How does this have such poor reviews? At a strip mall by Jamba Juice next to Winchell's donuts Order rang up to $110 then went down to $74 with applied discounts - 1 disposable Flum flort aloe mango melon ice vape pen (the employee said this flavor is fire or I can return it, he was so right) - 1g Stizzy hybrid vape - 5 20-stick incense packs (2 rose, vanilla, jasmine, rosemary) by Satya Co. - 5 mega millions raffle tickets (come to mama $630 million) A tooooon of incense, vape, lottery, & CBD/accessory/gadget options I even saw nicotine gummies (!?!?!) & flower sold by the cashier Definitely way more than I could possibly have expected, and he was really nice to my dog (sorry that I didn't get your name) Should easily have 4-5 stars on here Will for sure be back Thanks for the service & variety! read more

**DONT GO HERE** Horrible customer service. I went here to purchase a Flum vape and support the local business. After asking politely to purchase a vape, the female cashier said they had it, I just needed to provide my number. I said I didn't have an account on file but I can gladly provide my ID and number to make one. The male (I'm assuming owner) abruptly without hesitation said we don't have them then. read more

Terrible service! I went in to get a new down stem on my bong because it broke in half and was stuck inside of it. I ask if he has any tips to get it out and he broke it with a wrench so now I had to buy a new bong! It wasn't just that though, it was that he was blankly rude about it! He didn't apologize he just said, "oh well. You want a bong?" Would not come here again. read more

Fake puff plus. I bought two and i checked them online and they are both fake. Dont come here

Very sketchy place because of the location and the people you see, but nothing to be truly concerned about. To begin the set up is nice and open. Its cleaned a d welcoming. I was looking for a non nicotine vaporizer pin. I was shown one as well at the juice for it. When I got back to my car I noticed the juice was expired by a few months so I went back. I was allowed to look through them myself and found one with an expiration of 4/19 and so I got that one. The person there was nice and didn't give me a hard time. I also bought a soda and sadly I had to throw it away. It naste funny and so I looked at the date and it expired January 2018. Having expired items is unacceptable and brought there stars down quite a bit. Customer Service was fine but old stuff no no no. read more

This place sells fake puff bars!! Don't buy shit from here. I'm sure all their vape products are fake. I verified the codes on the puff bar website. All of them are fake...and on top they're selling it for the actual retail price. What a bunch of scum bags read more

These guys are selling fake puff bars and over charging like crazy for them. I bought two right now and the first one didn't work and the second one doesn't taste at all like what it usually does... Best believe I am going to go back there today to get a refund. read more

New guy thats been there recently has a attitude problem. No words, talks under his breath as you're walking away and doesn't even bother to have a mask. New smoke shop on Carson and Figueroa is better! read more

I remembered why I stopped coming here. Their puff bars never work. Don't buy puff bars from here

Cashier/ Possible owner (?) was rude, didn't acknowledge customers, didn't wear mask, and clearly doesn't want to be at his job. He doesn't enforce CDC laws such as wearing masks and stares at you after you ask a question. read more

Fantastic vibes and experience. They know what's up and it's appreciated when you can tell so. Have a great one guys! Bobby B will be back.

Honesty doesn't come to mind when you think smoke shops ..but you know what...this smoke shop fits the bill.....I go in to grab a pack of smokes and lottery tickets yesterday and left my bottle of quarters at the counter...15 bucks in quarters....I come back today and the young man said if I left something. He pulls out the bottle and gives it to me....I am stunned...I wrote off that bottle...thanks up in smoke. We need more shops like this in Carson and across America. Thanks again. read more

I give this store a 3 from a 5 stars. Reason for this is I like the workers with the exception of one. I never had a problem until the employee today 20190903 at 215 pm. I asked a price from the worker and told me a price. I just said that is pricey a little. He then got defensive and told me that the person I bought my smok nord before sales fakes. I asked what does that mean. I told him I bought it from Vapor Range and he still said they sell fake products. As I stepped out the door he yelled F...You. I asked him what he said and he said he didn't say it. Than as the door was closing again he started talking bad to me. I just let him know that I will let the store know what be said. I will never enter this store while he is on the premises. This is not the first time. I would recommend if someone is young....don't deal with him. read more

Been coming here for the past year to get vape juices and puff bars , and I cannot tell you how dissapointed i am with how many dead disposables I've bought from this shop. It feels almost like a gamble when i get one weather it will work or not. And they do not do returns once you step out the store despite what they respond on yelp saying they do . There are cheapers prices online for the disposables i buy here and as much as i love supporting small business owners i will have to withdrawl from coming to this shop and purchasing straight from the manufactor. Im sorry . read more

So I started a new job in the area and found myself needing some vape juice. This was the closest vape shop to my office so I decided to check it out. I walked in and at first glance the place looked decent. For a minute I thought that whoever was working must have been in the back because I didn't hear anyone or see anyone inside after I entered. Turns out an older gentleman that was working was behind the counter but reclined in his chair looking at his phone. When I realized he was there I asked if he had "Naked brand, Lava Flow in 6 mg." He looked at me like I had 2 heads and confirmed what I said. I mentioned it again figuring the masks may be muffling my voice. Then he pointed down the store and said "that's what I got man." I was really disappointed that he didn't take the time to A: greet me, B: have the experience to know what I was talking about, C: didn't bother to even show me where the vape juice was or let me know what options he had. Again I asked so do you have lava flow in 6 mg? He then said, "No, that's what I got." After looking through this case or vape juice inventory, I noticed he actually did have what I asked for and he didn't even know it... then I told him that he did have it and I would take that. Then he started muttering something but couldn't understand because he has a heavy accent. By this time I just asked how much it was and put the cash down and walked out. No customer service at all, and honestly it seems like this guy doesn't even care about his business or customers. Not gonna go back for a while. Maybe in a few months I'll try them again to see if they've improved at all, but I have to say seeing other reviews that say they sell fake products isn't very encouraging... read more

They sell fake puff bars buyer beware! I got 3 of them, first one I got was lychee ice and it tasted weird (like metal fruit) and was weak. I go to authenticate them turns out all 3 were fake! Never buying from here again. read more

its pretty simple I walk in ask for a couple Newport's. this Guy gets me a couple packs rings me up. but by the time I realized they are marlboros the transaction is done. now we could both be considered in the wrong because he grabbed the wrong smokes and I didnt double check it. I admit I was wrong then end up buying a pack of Newport's. now i was stressing for personal reasons and I admit it wa dumb not to check but did he really not even offer to correct the wrong packs purchases. apparently yes because I ended with 2 packs I didn't want, could I have ask for a refund or exchange yes as wel. I was going to give this place a 1 star but I think to give them 2 stars. seein g as how I want to at least give them a fair trial. but I still think a little courtesy goes a long way. not to mention he follows me out for whatever reason. I guess you could say I'm picky on my cigarettes. but I'm not very well off and easily considered lower class. but the fact is I got 2 packs of smokes I didn't want or choose and only one pack of the type that I wanted. easily a debate whether he could have done better. that is all. read more

Quickly solved my seeeking for torches. Nice and cheap great quality. Good prices. The guy is very friendly and answered all my questions

This place solved my vape cartridge in a second. I was just about to lose it pulled up in here. Problem solved!! Thanks yo!!

I buy all my vape products there. The staff is really friendly but I think they might be involved with isis. I'm not so sure but he recommends vape juices sometimes for me and so far they're pretty good read more

The prices here vary based on who is working. The taller guy with glasses will over charge you by $5.00 or more.

Just order something online if you want it. I asked for a flavor of shisha, sent me from one store to another. They were sure they had it at the other store. Guess what!? NOPE. Then they call the store I was just sent from. Yes I enjoy wasting my time and gas driving from one place to another for something that isn't actually there. They tell me to come back and they will have it for sure tomorrow. I show up, they know exactly what I'm about to ask for. Guess what?! THEY DIDN'T GET IT!!!!! Why did they have to take over my favorite tobacco shop by Payless foods in Carson. They knew customer service and I would come in regularly. I'm not returning to a place that doesn't keep their word, I'm just buying online or finding another place. So overall UP IN SMOKE SUCKS!! read more
