The new concrete pours were done on time and the finish work was professional. A real shout out for the owners, Freddy, Alfredo and Maria. I recommend HD Concrete highly.

From high…read morequality craftsmanship of the homes to the like-family sales staff, we enjoyed every minute of our home building process. Tina at the Cumbre Vista location became our immediate point of contact through the entire process, acting as both an expert on the homes and an advisor when we were stuck on a decision. Once we were in the design studio, never once did we feel pressured to make a purchase or add an upgrade we didn't feel comfortable with. All the choices they give you are worth the price; we never felt nickel and dimed by the company. The homes themselves are gorgeous, with a wide range of styles and price points to suit every person's wants and needs. My only suggestion to those looking to work with Keller is to pay attention to the schedule they give you. Fortunately, even though we missed a few deadlines, Keller was kind enough to give us gentle reminders and did not once fault us for missing a date. The neighborhoods are quiet, family-friendly locations with quick access to the main roadways like Powers. Overall, I would give Keller an 11/10 for how "at home" we felt even before stepping foot in our build and want to add that they are a VERY military-friendly company. Thank you Tina, Diane, Sarah and the rest of the Keller team!

I am STILL pleased and proud of this decision and working with this professional team! First and foremost, these people...everyone from the sales team and the guy who comes out and verifies measurements, to the team of three who installed everything...are nothing less than the BEST in this work! They ALL know their industry and trade better than most I have dealt with over the past 30 years of remodeling homes. This home was built in 1975 and has a tiny kitchen. Just before I purchased it, an investor did the absolute bare minimum on everything inside and outside the home...including junk Formica countertops in the kitchen and a tiny vanity with sink and no backsplash in the bathroom. Using Mountain Aspen Granite to finish both the kitchen and bathroom gave this property an uplift like none other. I highly recommend this team and my only advice is...LISTEN to them!

We also had a second driveway, apron and curb installed (along with replacing the associated sidewalk). From the very first meeting with Garrett, everyone at Flat and Fancy has been professional in all aspects. Garrett was very clear on our options and worked with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department to get all the required permits in place. The crew performing the actual work was friendly, professional and kept us informed when the city dictated changes to the approved plans. They worked with the inspector to minimize the impact of those changes. The concrete work is better quality than what I've seen on a work related project where we're paying millions.... I won't mention that company by name but Flat and Fancy far outshined that work. The finished product is very nice and is exactly (less the city dictated changes...) what we needed for our home. I'll get some pictures up so you can see but we definitely recommend them.
