The photos show before, during, and after the mudjacking and you can see the left side is now raised so there is no longer space between the stoop and the house. My next-door neighbor inquired about whether her stoop needed repair but it wasn't uneven like mine; so rather than doing unnecessary work, Jeff suggested that she take care of an uneven sidewalk slab or two that was a trip hazard. Although the initial work seemed satisfactory, the continued settling suggests an underlying issue that they have now refused to address.

It took me hours to pick out all of the concrete and dirt from on top of my lawn. I had to reseed large areas of my back and front yard because of this and his heavy equipment. They also left cement splattered on the side of my house and garage. The invisible fence line was cut, as well as my sprinkler system was cut in several areas even after I showed him where these areas were before he began. In the spring, the driveway started crumbling. I contacted him and he had to tear it out and re-pour it. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. More mess, more concrete splattered everywhere, they destroyed part of my neighbors yard and used it as a dump, sprinkler lines cut again, and he did a poor job. The concrete is rough and uneven with discoloration. The biggest problem is he put a hole in the side of my house with his equipment. He told me that my house may have been hit by lightning or UPS truck backed into the side of my house, but it wasn't his equipment that did it. This is a illogical and unreasonable. The only thing that could've done this damage is the bucket of his heavy equipment. He takes no responsibility for any of this. Do not use this company. Other company names associated with this is Castle Rock Concrete and Colorado Springs concrete.

From the very first meeting with Garrett, everyone at Flat and Fancy has been professional in all aspects. Garrett was very clear on our options and worked with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department to get all the required permits in place. The crew performing the actual work was friendly, professional and kept us informed when the city dictated changes to the approved plans. They worked with the inspector to minimize the impact of those changes. The concrete work is better quality than what I've seen on a work related project where we're paying millions.... I won't mention that company by name but Flat and Fancy far outshined that work. The finished product is very nice and is exactly (less the city dictated changes...) what we needed for our home. I'll get some pictures up so you can see but we definitely recommend them.

Because I had put a stop payment on the card, then they required me to have a cashiers check. I don't recommend this company.

This review has been late in coming, but - better late than never. I will start out by saying that…read moreKrueger Brothers did an EXCELLENT JOB on the work they performed on my home. My home, having been built in 1993, was in desperate need of "cosmetic surgery" on the outside. The siding that was on it was bulging out, warped, severely weathered and just, well, it was finished and needed to be dealt with. I was hoping to repair and/or replace the siding and then have it painted. However, it was determined that it was better in the long run - both investment and maintenance - to look at replacing it all with something new. It came down to siding vs. stucco. Stucco scared me since I was afraid the cost would be far higher than siding. Krueger Brothers changed my thoughts on this, and I ended up with having Krueger Brothers stucco my home. Prior to choosing Krueger Brothers, I did have several other companies come to evaluate my situation and provide me with bids and their philosophies for this type of project. I chose to go with Krueger Brothers for the following reasons - and price for the job wasn't the top reason. 1. Michael Krueger spent a lot of time with me evaluating my home and thoroughly explaining the various options available, both for new siding and stucco. He was very informative, as well as very patient - I had a lot of questions. 2. When I made my decision on going with Stucco, Michael Krueger then spent a lot of time going over the different types of stucco - finish, various materials such as installation, colors, etc. He never rushed me or pressured me - he wanted me to make a decision that I would be pleased with not just in the present, but for many years to come. 3. After the type of stucco and other items mentioned above were worked out, then another representative arrived and spent time going over the exact procedures and timelines that would be involved with this project. During this process, I was asked what questions or concerns I had, all of which were answered. 4. Communication and Follow-up - VERY IMPORTANT for me. During this entire project, representatives for Krueger Brothers kept in constant contact with me, always letting me know timelines, delays, who, what, and when things were happening - or not happening. 5. Price - Krueger Brothers pricing for this entire project was VERY REASONABLE - I felt - after comparing their product and services to the other companies I had bid the project. Plus - in this area - the presentation of how this project was to begin, carry on, and then be completed was most impressive. FINALLY, I want to say that my overall satisfaction with this project for my home came down to two words - CHRIS WOOLFOLK. Chris was the project manager for the work on my home and I can't offer enough POSITIVE COMMENTS for him. As with any project of this nature, there were a few "hiccups" along the way. However, Chris ALWAYS followed up to make sure that things were made right, corrected, finished properly, and that I was completely satisfied. Chris always returned phone calls with questions or concerns and always went above and beyond what I expected anyone to do. For me, Chris Woolfolk made this project a complete success, resulting in a quality product creating a quality job well done. I thank Chris for his dedication to his job here. I strongly recommend Krueger Brothers for any type of home project you are contemplating. I am confident that you will be very satisfied with the work performed - especially if Chris Woolfolk is involved.

Great salesman, but everything after the fact was awful. Was told at signing that work would start…read more4-6 weeks out, and at 8 weeks they said it would be another 3+ months. I escalated until they finally said they could make it work. Work was okay, but not nearly as detail oriented as I'd expect, given the premium price associated with their bid. Simple things like columns way off center from poured concrete footers (one was hanging OFF the footer - I made them redo that one). A year later, we had some staining on a few of the deck boards. This was most likely from some unrelated painting we had done, and I reached out for a quote. The rep came and confirmed it was a simple job, 2-3 hours max for a single rep. More than 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard back from KBC. I called 3-4 times in a week requesting a call back, and never got anything until finally an email. Their "unofficial estimate" was $4,200 stating it would take 2 men 2 full days to replace the boards. Mind you, the boards are on the end, the job couldn't be simpler. Why the disconnect between their field man and office? My best guess is they're price gauging because they either don't want the work, or think the painters will cover the cost. Either way, super shady. I talked to 2 other decking companies out of curiosity, both were 75% cheaper than KBC's estimate, and one even said they would have "goodwilled" the labor to me, only charging for materials, because it was such a simple repair so close to the completion of a larger project. For the record I still never received a call, as requested, from Angela. I would stay away from Krueger Brothers because it seems once they have your initial deposit they stop caring about you, and no care is given to customer satisfaction or loyalty. Attached are the photos of the very lightly stained boards, 4 in total, that we were interested in replacing. $4200 and 32+ man hours for that LOL
