This is not how they do business and wanted to make it right. We said yes, they can send out another person by the name of Patrick Holt. Our appointment was for 1 PM today. Mr. Holt was prompt, apologized again for the misshape. Patrick was very thorough in explaining the company and what it does and their expectations for the customer. Patrick walk us through his process prior to starting his assessment. He was very thorough in explaining each step and very professional. By the time he finished and explained his findings we were very satisfied with what the company can do for us and will be scheduling the 1st stage of our issue. We called back on July 10th to follow up and let them know we had not yet gotten the bid. We were told that they thought that they sent an email to inform us that they had too many jobs going on through the end of the year and they could not do our job. QUESTION??? did they suddenly get totally booked through the end of the year "Before" they came to give us an estimate or did they get totally booked "After" they came??? My first comment to that is - So very inconsiderste- We are busy too ... We don't have time for contractors to waist our time and then not even have enough professionalism to follow up with us... I guess they were too busy in this last month to send us a email or text to say what I believe...is that they just don't have time for the small jobs. I guess they are really too big and "suddenly" to busy for the small jobs. But we can take them at their word and if you were thinking about callling them you should be aware that they said they are already booked until the end of the year.
