My boyfriend and I both got pierced yesterday. The shop was very clean. I was impressed with an entire room being set aside for piercings, which gave a lot of privacy. Will was awesome. He was friendly. He was very thorough, and he followed all sanitary practices required by our State. He was very fast when performing the piercings, which is a big plus. so I decided to get a couple piercings, no big deal right, clean shop friendly people, good environment, no big deal right? boy was I wrong. so just for reference I got my tongue and my nose pierced the same day, back to back. initially I thought everything was fine and i was taking on normal swelling after new piercings, which is expected. Nope. my tongue was pierced with a 5/8" barbell that after 4 days of having it done, my tongue was literally trying to est the entire piercing. I had to go to a completely different shop to have another piercer look at it for me because when I called to see if the piercer who did the work could look at it I was told he wouldn't be in until the next day. Went to a different shop, had to pay another professional to fix the issue.The new shop put in the correct jewelry and it has been fine ever since, while I was at the new shop i went ahead and asked to check my new nostil piercing out to make sure it's good too, welp that wasn't pierced in the right spot. never once was I asked to check placement on my nose piercing to make sure I liked the placement. don't get me wrong, services were quick and everything seemed fine until I had a second set of eyes on everything. I called the shop to explain the situation because maybe they genuinely just made a mistake, well I was rudely told "what's the difference between a nipple ring (what my tongue was pierced with) versus a tongue ring" uh?! I'm not the "professional" here, but being that I have my nipples done, I know those barbells are shorter. no apology, no offer to make it better, the only response I got with my concerns was an "okay thanks." I was also asked if I was actually following the aftercare instructions that I was verbally told, yes I was to an absolute T. Not to mention that both needles were dropped on me, one would up under my thigh and the other wound up on the floor. From this experience, I will not be returning to this business, as the way this was handled was very unprofessional. read more

Only positive about this place is the environment is clean. Somewhat. Andre was my artist and he was 2 hours late, and we had to wait during that time. When he finally got there he was very slow in preparing and took another 45 minutes to do so. My tattoo is botched. The color is horrible and not solid at all, and he cannot stay within the lines of a stencil. He is also very heavy handed and there is scabbing on the tattoo. After he was finished with mine and was starting on my buddy's matching tat, I asked him if he was going to wrap it, and he said no. I understand that some artists prefer not to wrap them, as they could lose color. However, it was my request to wrap the tattoo, and he refused to do so. I would NOT recomend this shop to anyone ever. read more

I had a cover up done by Brandon and he was the most patient, detailed artist I've ever had. It cane out so well you'd never know the old tattoo was there. I've never had a tattoo have so much detail and it HURT so he would numb the painful areas for me. Very thoughtful and thorough. The shop was clean. I had a belly ring piercing from here, and the piercer used a short bar jewelry(was supposed to be a long bar)and no matter how good I took care of it , it still got infected and stuck had to get an emergency removal! I will not recommend this place take your money elsewhere!!! read more

I have gotten a tattoo from an "artist" that is at Untouchable Tattoos and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. He completely wrecked a tattoo that was very important to me. I don't know if this guy is dyslexic or just a beginner. Maybe he just hates his job so much that he doesn't care if he permanently scars someone. All I know is that this tattoo is screwed up so bad that it can't be fixed, only covered or removed. His demeanor is rude, raunchy, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate! I am so disappointed and disgusted that I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this shop just so you can avoid possibly having this guy do this to you too. The rest of the artists in the shop may be absolutely wonderful but this particular bad apple has ruined the whole bunch for me. Beware the big hairy guy with glasses! He clearly doesn't know what he is doing!! read more
