Uno's Pizza is one of the best takeaways in Prescot. Absolutely delicious. My favourite is the Meat Supreme (I think that's its name!), absolutely packed with gorgeous meat. They also do great kebabs. I had a House Special once, and there was so much of it they gave you the pitta bread and meat separately and you kinda have to make your own. But it was tasty. They also do scrumptious burgers. The chips are made from frozen, so they aren't fabulous or anything, but then you don't really go there for chips. We love Uno's & haven't found a pizza place as nice since we moved from the area. Lots of staff so a quick service & they also do delivery which is usually within half an hour of ordering unless it's a very busy night. As well as pizza's they do kebabs, burgers & chips. The burgers are delicious & flame grilled, not the cheap burgers that you sometimes get. Very good value for money & excellent quality of ingredients. Uno's is always busy especially with deliveries but the service is great. It's in quite a small street & this sometimes means you can't park outside but there is parking close by & if you get it delivered there's no need to go park! Breaded garlic mushroom had no garlic taste in it when I phoned and explain , I been told it's way it's ! Well don't say it's a breaded garlic mushroom if it's not got even hint of garlic in it! Last night ordered love the pizza which paid over a £10 and tonight I only ordered again cos I loved the food and quality night before , never again ! They can't even offer a apology or anything ! Used to be a big fan of this place, I ignored Domino's, and delivery chipshops in order to get stuff from here, but after many years of being a loyal customer, the change that has happened is disgusting. Firstly the Pizza's tend to look like they been slung into the box lucky to get one of those plastic things to stop the cardboard sticking to the pizza, are they cutting corners by ordering less of those?, even the boxers most of the time look like they been used as a shelf, damaged. Sometimes wrong orders, wrong pizza's, and instead of doing something like offering to take it back or send out another their delivery men say "Oh we will take a pound or two off the bill". The Kebabs, the uno special house kebab, their has been times when the salad is soggy, or distasteful, even sauce which I have no idea what sauce it is, tastes like peanut, it's clammy, tacky, beige but most importantly, I didn't want sauce at all. The waiting times, oh dear god, yes I know it get's busy on Fridays and Saturdays, but come on, 2 hours?, 4 hours?, it gets worse and worse, no phone call to tell you if they are busy or delayed, especially when you order through the website. and last but not least, the god awful website, the price hikes, paying more for bad service and 3/4 of the time poor food, also a delivery charge too, for many years I live within the radius of delivery, not having to pay a charge, but now we have to pay for delivery service, on top of price hiked food for poorly made, and disgusting looking slop. But I'm not done, when ordering through the site now, you have 2 choices, pick up from the store or pay through paypal, there is no cash on delivery option, I don't own a paypal, I do not trust computer services with my money, and more importantly, why should I pay money before I get my food, when chances are it will be delivered in a poor state, completely wrong, luke warm at best, and hours late when I have given up on appetite or rang up to cancel my order because I have chosen somewhere else. I don't know what happened to this place, whether they are under new management, or just gotten sloppy and lazy, but they have lost not just one customer, but a lot since many others feel the same. read more

Great place for pizzas, kebabs & burgers. Fast & friendly service, which is ideal, especially when the aromas make you even more hungrier! Parking isn't great, so that is a negative, but then you can always opt for home delivery! read more
