It is pasta, and Switzerland borders Italy, a country highly associated with pasta. What did I have to lose? I'm talking like standing in front of an open oven. I don't know how all the other patrons sat there through dinner. Truly amazing. When/if ordering the fondu, it only comes with bread squares. Order a small side of meat to supplement with that dish. Other than those tips, their by-the-glass menu was pretty great but they were very small pours. Be aware of that. And of course, like everything else in Switzerland, brace yourself for the tab. It's going to be a lot.
