Unfortunately, when we were hit with a ransomware attack, we discovered their backup was over 6 weeks old--leaving us to recreate nearly two months of critical data. This happened during our fiscal year-end and payroll reporting period, causing significant costs and penalties. Techworks didn't charge us for restoring the system, but that doesn't excuse the failure to maintain current backups or protect us as promised. We've tried resolving this, but legal action proved too costly. Posting this to warn others--proceed with caution."

I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work. Air Quality did a great job with our previous project but apparently no longer wanted our business.
