Unfortunately, when we were hit with a ransomware attack, we discovered their backup was over 6 weeks old--leaving us to recreate nearly two months of critical data. Techworks didn't charge us for restoring the system, but that doesn't excuse the failure to maintain current backups or protect us as promised. We've tried resolving this, but legal action proved too costly. Posting this to warn others--proceed with caution."
