Employees were nice and our snacks were good. This theater still has standard seats which is a shame because it's a huge theater and they can do better without it by switching to luxury seats, since it's a small town and fewer seats won't hurt. Most of the seats squeaked so loud with slight movements. Also one of our chairs were broken by it being slanted downward. Also we watched an action movie and the sound was ok, we could barely hear the talking scenes. Might come back if we have no better choice on heading to different town. read more

Small movie theater, but one of the better one's in the Cache Valley. Reserve seating movie theater. If you do book your ticket online, there will be charge fee of $1. For some, that $1 may be asking too much. But when you think about it, taking the time to go in person, waiting in line for ticket(s), and who knows you may encounter a few unexpected events. Now that $1 fee doesn't seem so bad at all; just saying :) Best deal at this Megaplex theater; $5 Tuesday. WHAT!!!!!!?!? was what I said, couldn't believe it myself. Much like the theater in Providence, this location is okay but bordering on less than average. Much like the Providence location and seemingly all the Megaplex locations in Logan, this is just so small in the lobby I cannot imagine coming here when it gets busy. All but two of the houses are just tiny and the seats are impressively dirty. The saving grace this theater has from being sub-standard is the employees. They're much better here than either of the other two locations and make it more of a pleasant experience. Like I've stated in reviews of the other locations in Logan, I think that having a monopoly in Logan on movie theaters has hurt them more than helped. Not the worst place to see a movie, but definitely below par for Megaplex. read more

They get the job done. Customer service has never been rude, but they haven't been super friendly either. We had one really irritating experience during the opening night of The Force Awakens. After tickets went on sale for this film, the website had crashed due to HEAVY traffic. I drove to the theater. I got our seats. Everything was good. We show up on opening night. There are people in some of our seats. We figure it's a mistake. They show us their tickets though, and they actually have tickets for the same seats. What I believe happened was these people managed to get their tickets online while the website was having issues, purchasing tickets for our seats while we were purchasing them at the physical location ourselves. Since they got there first, we weren't going to argue with them about who gets the seats. We head to the front desk and they tell us they are prepared for this kind of thing. They seat us these backup seats they have all the way in the back of the theater. Don't get me wrong, this definitely beats missing the opening showing of a Star Wars film. With that said, we had to sit separately from our friends, didn't get the seats we reserved months in advance, and from what I remember we didn't get any kind of refund or discount. Since we got to see the film in this instance, it's forgivable in my book, but annoying of course. Also had an issue during Suicide Squad. The projector or the film had some kind of issue. They had to stop the movie, and then fast-forward to the correct spot multiple times. I mean, I would've been okay if I didn't get to finish that particular movie. In this instance, though, we were provided two free movie passes PER person. So they more than made up for it in my book. read more

Understaffed, poor concessions, parking lot fills up on the weekends. Seats are adequate in comfort but aren't tall enough, and are inferior to theaters in SLC. Visuals are fine..sound is adequate but not mind melting. Trash cans in the foyer were overflowing last visit, and line for concessions is always long. Compared to places I'm used to, there's no luxury seating, no IMAX, and no in-house dining. It's too bad this is the best Logan has. read more

Love the theater. Always has great, in demand movies. The employees are accommodating and friendly. There have been occasions where it isn't too clean, but more often than not the theaters are decently cleaned by the time you get in the theater. read more

Terrible online service when ordering tickets. We went to buy 2 tickets for the Logan theater and they charged us $150 for 12 instead of the 2 we wanted. Then an hour later my mom tried purchasing tickets online and her purchase never went through and we had to drive back to the theater the second time today to make sure they didn't charge her either. Good theater but would highly suggest NOT ordering tickets online. read more

This place is nice, with sufficient staff for the snack bar, and lots of theaters. Seating is great, and the theaters are laid out nice. They always have the best selection of what is available at the time, and the location is ideal. read more

WOW!!! I decided to go early in the day when it is less crowded for my Birthday and try a D Box seat. I arrive 30 minutes for plenty of time to get seats and have a good seat selection. When we get there, the system was down and would not allow us to buy tickets, so we sat and waited for about 15 minutes. They finally just told us to go into the theater, and sit where we wanted. We had already discussed with them that we were planning on doing the D Box, so we went and sat in the D Box seats. Just after the previews started, am extremely rude woman with about 5 small children, (It was a Pg13 Show), enter and very loudly that we to make a scene that we were in her purchased seats, and demands we get out, while blocking us from actually getting out of the seats. Now humiliated and made to look like we were just randomly stealing seats, we left to discuss it with the IDIOTS that told us to sit where we wanted. (WE HAD ALSO PURCHASED CONCESSIONS AT THIS POINT!!!) We explained that we were rudly kicked out and, they then said we could come to the next showing at 9:40 at NIGHT!!!! Why in the world would I come back when all the very rude college kids are there with their dates making out? NO.... Then they wanted me to drive across town to the other theater that didn't even have D Box! All the 18 year old passive aggressive manager would say is, "YOU CAN'T BLAME US FOR THE SYSTEM GOING DOWN......IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T ORDER TICKETS ON LINE.... AND SIMILAR BLAMING OF ME FOR THE INCIDENT ...... OKAY! Here's the thing wench! It's your job to MANAGE, to make sure certain incidents don't happen... IF YOU KNEW ALL THE SEATS HAD BEEN SELLING OUT THEN DON"T TELL SOMEONE TO SIT WHERE THEY WANT!!! That's simple bad management! Then she kept acting like because she let us go in for free she had been doing us a favor... TO WHAT? Get humiliated and kicked out of our seats? Yes that was a HUGE favor..... SHE literally acted like it was MY fault for not ordering on line! Okay hardly anyone does that because of your additional fees! I showed up early for a reason! She wanted to just send my across town for once again a much later show and we had already bought concessions. Then she wanted me to go see a film I absolutely had no interest in. HERE IS A CLUE!!! On your birthday you don't want to do something that you NEVER wanted to do or see.... She could have offered even a gift card BUT NOPE, did not happen. This was not our first bad experience here either. We went on a Friday night and the theater was filled with college kids that were literally throwing cans and garbage around and hitting people in the head, when complaining the management just said that's what it was like on Friday! WHAT? How have you people NOT been sued? JUST RIDICULOUS! read more

Just finished watching Hostiles last night on screen 3 - screen was out of focus or bulb at end of it's life or something else was wrong as screen sharpness was terrible, screen appeared to be washed out, very noticeable on distant shots, roughly VHS quality, bad enough I got up and mentioned it to one of the employees, he was nice about it and said he would have somebody go check it out, but sadly nothing changed on screen. Add to that as the night went on the movie theater got pretty cold, not unbearable, but not comfortable either. The movie was pretty decent I just wished my experience was better. I only write this review as over the last year in particular this theater seems to be going down hill and want to warn other possible other customers. The staff does seem friendly I have nothing negative to say on that, but if you wish customers to continue pay to go the theater you MUST reinvest in the theater. After all the experiences I had there this last year, including too hot in summer, bad speakers, bad screen, dirty seats etc. Not all my movie experiences this last year were sub par, but about half had something less then ideal about them, I will for one will avoid this theater for the most part - unless I see they are spending money to improve this aging theater. read more

I was impressed how clean everything was; I've been to a lot of theaters that seem so run-down and dirty. We went on a 5 dollar Tuesday, which I think is a great deal. That's how much movies used to be normally. Also the seats are springy, and I really like that haha. read more
