During a visit a few weeks ago, the floors were filthy. There were drier sheets, gobs of hair, and food wrappers mainly in front of the drier area. I don't know how frequently someone checks out the conditions. I may have been there in between visits.

It's dirty, machines are constantly "out of service", the change machine shorts me on coins (count your change carefully-they bank on people not counting it or not wanting to go through the hassle of trying to collect a few quarters from them, but that probably results in a tidy profit center for the owner). Well, things didn't start out well when I had to call at 12:15 to ask if they were still coming. Whitney advised me the tech was running about an hour late. I said ok, but that maybe she could have called me to give me a "heads up". Well, at 1:38 I called again asking about the status of the service I ordered. I let her know that I was trying not to be mad, but her lack of communication did not leave me feeling confident about the service. She told me the tech was pulling in as we speak. 15 minutes later the tech called me and we realized the company had given the tech the wrong address so he was NOT at my house. At this point I texted him my address and then called Whitney back I was livid! What kind of company is this and their operations stink!!!! Not only did I not get any update on the tardiness of the tech, but they couldn't even provide him the right address. Then Michael showed up. Let me say - this respectful man saved their business. He was courteous, apologetic, professional but most of all - he was good at his job. I have a large sectional couch that was souled pretty significantly by a sick animal my couch is white at that... Michael evaluated the situation, got to work (with a smile and great attitude) and took care of business!!!! I would totally hire them again if I could be certain Michael was the technician coming to do the work. As for the operational side of the business- it needs a little help. But lucky for them, they have an employee like Michael.

I did not smell any cleaning deodorizer or carpet shampoo. He was in and out in 15 min. The carpet still smelled like the dogs. I'll just go to the grocery and rent their carpet cleaner. BUT I WANT MY $95.00 BACK! I paid the bill online about an hour later. And, then my credit card was hacked and $1000s of dollars in charges from all sorts of places were on my account. Luckily my credit card company froze my account and I veried which charges were mine. (several days before 5/24 - none on 5/24 other than carpet cleaning and only one on 5/26).
