When I decided to terminate my insurance with Foremost the manger just stopped my automatic payments without consulting me on future charges. Now I'm stuck with $107 (instead of $50 in the contract) of termination fees with insurance provider and can't even resolve the issues. In addition I'm being completely ignored and yelled at by broker representatives. Sends new cards with new expiration dates & one letter with small print at the bottom saying to renew. No email reminder. No follow up. No text reminder to "renew." Send me a text or an email like every other company. No way to renew on the app. Then signs me out of my account so the only way to renew is by calling. HORRIBLE customer service. Rude staff. No supervisors to talk to. No fees waived. Okay well bye. Will be looking at alternatives. Fix your system. And also don't sell car batteries that don't even last a year.
