And homeowners insurance since 1990, and in that time, especially in the last 10 years, their service has decreased dramatically. It's non-existent at this point. They do not look out for your best interest. They don't go out of their way to try to make your costs lower. You have to seek out any discounts and tell them what you want. They will not do it for you. And even then, you have to do all the work. They provide absolutely no value. None. Zip. Mercury wants to get out of insurance in California (note I am no where near a fire area). They make you jump through hoops to be blessed by them. They demanded new electric and new plumbing despite a home inspection report (that PTL said would work) saying all aspects of my house are great. PTL said they'd look for a replacement. They go AWOL up until my policy is about to lapse. They suggest I go with a company whose premiums are FOUR times what Mercury charged. They skipped about 3 other insurance companies that are a fraction of that. Needless to say I didn't take the turd they were offering. In my humble opinion, just go directly to the insurance company rather than using these people as brokers. They have to interest in serving you. Oh, and whatever you do fuck Mercury. Do not go with Mercury. If you live in California, they do not want to insure you.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was the fact that insurance required me to replace the roof, but yet there wasn't a list of certified contractors provided to customers. The roofer I ended up hiring had a sub-contractor that did sloppy work. Also not sure if an older home built in 1912 can uphold added heavy construction plywood. I give my agent 4 stars, but I give the roof administration process 1 star.

Was referred to Kirk Warner Insurance Agency by my Auto Insurance Agent…read more Somehow myself and the members in my group felt we were not getting the quality service we needed with our previous agent. We decided to reach out to Bill at Kirk Warner Insurance agency to discuss our current group plan and see what all our options were. Bill was great right from the beginning. He requested a list of all our members main information to review the best health plan and programs for our groups needs. Once he performed his research and gathered all the health prover and plan options together he reached back to us. We kindly asked for a favor from him to meet us one of our group member's house (one evening) to have a meeting and closely discuss the options. This was very helpful as some of our members had different schedules and important questions to ask. Bill was prepared with a few great options from leading health providers to compare from. Some with PPO options and some with HMO options. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of the leading providers, the plan options and costs associated with each. After about an hour or so of reviewing all the data and figuring our groups most important needs and interests we decided on a great health and dental plan. Bill also assisted our group with the technical side of submitting the proper employer paperwork to the health provider. He also made sure all the members of our group and dependents were covered in our new plan and assured us that our usual doctors were on our network. When it came time for renewing our plan before our yearly expiration, Bill would always arrange a session over the phone to navigate the best plan within our current provider. Having a knowledgeable expert like Bill is very important as there are so many plans, coverages and details in each policy. If you and your loved ones or group members are in search of an honest, reputable health insurance agent to assist in navigating the best insurance plan then look no further from Kirk Warner Insurance in Glendora, Ca. I promise you will not regret it.
