I have been working with insurance companies for 30 years and have never in my life gone through what this company has put me through to get a simple Certificate of Insurance for one of their insured. Last year it took me 36 emails and numerous phone calls and this year it has been the same thing. I even reached out to all the people who work for the company to no avail. If I were you, I would choose another company to work with especially if you are a contractor that needs Certificates of Insurance to give to your prospective clients.
