My son started at Ocaquatics Eureka from the age of 6 months in 2021 until he was 2 years old, when we decided to stop classes because when the teacher changed, the boy was a bit reluctant and cried a lot. The experience was the best; Felipe and Angela, the managers at the time, ran the place with great professionalism and knowledge. I am very grateful to both of them for how they treated my son, and I saw that they treated everyone equally. I regret that neither of them are currently with us. I reinstated my son, and we are very disappointed with the new management of the place. I believe they do not have enough experience or knowledge to run that place. I am very, very disappointed in the manager of "Ocaquatics Eureka." The current manager, "Mailyn," and the other girl who evaluates the children, I think should prepare more for the job they're doing. They'll move a child who hasn't yet met the requirements to another class, leaving another stuck at a level ready for a change, and the answer is that he hasn't been at that level for two or three months. On top of that, she doesn't feel capable and tells me that a supervisor above her would evaluate the child. So, why is she there? What's so special about my child? What a disappointment about that place, really. Right now, I don't recommend that location, and I hope one day they'll bring back Angela or Felipe, or at least someone well-prepared to run that place.
