i wish i could give this place a zero i have been going to this laundromat for years i told the owner fred we had an issue with his manager mary back in february 7 2017 of this year he tried to yell and i had to go off on him then he wanted to respond with if she moved the cards its because you dont come i told him to check the cameras a while later he's like ill call you later i see youre a loyal customer so today he call me from the one in royal oak and say i have been trying to call you im like no you havent i called you back after you called me that one time from the one on royal oak and the guy gave me your cell number you told me you were at the doctors you just called me back today after two weeks omg it's two weeks later i told you we had an issue with your rude lazy ass manager mary the one that sit on her ass and do nothing the whole time we are there long story short this place is a rip off they never give you your free wash when you reach ten she talking about its cheating the system i will no longer go to this place its not safe anyway just a week ago we were there washing and someone busted the window out and broke the front door glass all because the owner don't want anyone to use the bathroom even if you have washed there before that's crazy like damn so if someone is waiting in the bus you can't let them use your bathroom that's crazy fred the owner is all about taking money from the public but you will not let the use the bathroom its crazy i see why the window was busted out he is money hungry and mary is lazy ass hell but still have a job its crazy the day he came and i was talking to him she pretended to do some work so she can come hear what we were talking about i was like this chick mary never do any work check your cameras shes only back her because i was telling you about the on going problem we have had with her and im not the only one he like i know but shes the manager what the fuck do that mean like i said he dont care about anything else besides talking your good hard earned cash so people please take your money else where we had a problem with the manager mary 02 07 2017 its 05 08 2017 and he still havent done anything to fix it this guy tells me i dont want to lose you guys as customers so if you come wash together we will mark one off goodbye woodward coin laundry i will never come here again we have been coming here since 2013 it is 2017 we always wash separate now why would we wash together this place is just money hungry only time you see the lazy owner fred is when he come to pick up the money and he dont care about you or the issue as long as your spending money at his place so just take your money else where only reason we were washing here because its faster to wash and dry everything when youve more then one machine but fuck that i will find another one near me trust me dont spend your money here i have videos and i will post them as well so dont ever go here its only two great workers here and i just dont understand why one of them weren't made manager but i had to hang up on the owner fred he like i dont want to lose you guys as customers so stay no you havent fixed the issue that we have with her or others and she stay moving peoples cards and having us start over talking about if we dont wash together but we come together then we're cheating the system bitch how is that cheating the system when we come in the same vehicle but we use our own machine grow up your like 50 or 60 working at a laundromat you rather sit on your ass and bitch at customers tell us all the work you do when you know damn well mary girl you dont do shit lets be real the owner know you dont do shit if your not bitching to us about all the work you do at your job while sitting on your ass your doing it from your car sitting in the parking lot grow up why work at a laundromat if your not a people person if your going to be rude to people and not only that disrespect your coworkers no one give a fuck about you being manager you dont do shit and fred if thats how you will continue to run your business or let ot be ran we will no longer be coming here youre lazy as hell as well it take your months to respond to us by just listening and fixing it or even talking to the old bitch today is may eighth and nothing has changed i will make sure i let everyone know to take their hard earned money else where and the reason why ps fred thank you for being your rude self over the phone i truly appreciate that if you must know i recorded the call so everyone will know how you really are youre just money hungry and i will make sure everyone knows not to go to the one you own in royal oak as well please take your money else where people trust me you will feel better and get better service so stay away from universal coin laundry machinery laundromat 30301 woodward ave royal oak, mi 48073 as well detroit ps i dont know why yelp is making my (i) lower case but what ever read more
