You gotta understand that I'm a basketball player that's actually taking care of my feet for the first time. Ohh yes.....It ended feeling like paradise, that I could feel it through my whole body during my treatment. And I can only imagine if I convinced my next girlfriend to go to this store with me, I think this would be the perfect way to spend an afternoon together....which would lead to what I might be rewarded with in the evening...*winks*

I have taken many of my girlfriends here for their birthdays, and I have been suprised a few times myself with spontaneous trips. With an inner city location, this Endota is smaller and a little noiser than others, just from sheer building size and traffic. But they have decked the place out with soothing music and equipment and try their best to make the place quiet and serene. Endota Rundle is 3 stories tall, with the reception and entry on the middle level. There is a tea/waiting room downstairs along with some treatment rooms and larger group rooms upstairs. The therapists are amazing, as expected, and they know their stuff, tailoring each treatment to suit the client. Sometimes I have had nice chats with them, or a laugh, or a silent treatment where I have almost fallen asleep. If you want something a little different, get Alex the male therapist, he is pretty cool.

Like Liz I've used the mystic tan booth at Bronze Bodies on the Parade because I like the privacy -…read morethere's just something a little intimidating about wearing a paper g-string in front of a total stranger. The advantage of the private booth is that you miss out on the lines left by that crazy paper g-string because you can get all of your gear off. One big tip for you though is to remember that you don't have a person there telling you to hold your breath. This is a mechanised booth so don't forget to hold your breath while you're being sprayed otherwise you could end up breathing in some horrible tanning lotion. And I'm sure you can deduct from that tip that I have done exactly that! Bronze Bodies also have tanning beds but I can't stress enough how dangerous these things are. I'm really amazed at the people who use them but even more amazed that they're allowed to operate. If you want a nice summer glow, please just go for the fake stuff - even if it means you have to wear a paper g-string in front of a stranger for 10 minutes!

I'm paranoid about skin cancer and all that, so fake tanning is really my only option unless I tan somewhere overseas where an o-zone layer is still existent... Having said that though, I also don't constantly look like I drowned myself in a bag of Doritos - this is reserved for special occasions only - I still prefer a natural look overall. So when I want that extra radiance, I head to Bronze Bodies because their service is overall better than other tanning salons I've been to, they're close by, and they have the Mystic Tan Booth which is private. My personal favourite is the Amber Sun tan which takes around 6-8 hours to process and has a much more natural look. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, and their tans aren't OTT either, which is always good to see before you use their products.

They take the time to ask questions, preferred cuts or styles and they serve up an excellent plate of customer service here. A basic shampoo, cut and blowdry is priced at $65 and if you're after some root touch ups, you're looking at anything above $55. When you step in The Basin, you can immediately sense the energy here. Customers look happy and contented. The stylists are always full of smiles and cheers. The Basin crew is known for their education programs. They recently held a cut and colour workshop in Port Augusta and have been known to provide styling services for photo shoots. Easily accessible as they are positioned on Goodwood Road and barely a minute walk from the Goodwood tram station.

They talk to you about your hair, and take the time to get to know you and your hair. It's obvious from their responses that they're very knowledgeable. All the staff seem friendly in fact. Generally I do prefer people a little more down to earth and relaxed, but they're definitely friendly none the less. And they also write down what they've done with your hair each time, so you've got a good starting point when you come in next time, or when you need to see a different stylist if yours happens to be on leave. There are also nice touches, like when you have your hair washed, you sit in a massage chair, and in addition to the normal scalp massage, they also give you a neck massage, which is lovely. You're offered water, coffee, tea & juice, intermittently throughout. And if it's your first visit, you usually get a free gift of hair products. They're not cheap, but like many things in life, you get what you pay for. Overall a good experience.
