Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. Then I found Avondale Auto Repair through the Costco Auto Program--and everything changed. Rick answered the phone, and within seconds I felt reassured. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. Instead of trying to sell me something, he explained the pros and cons--how aftermarket keys often don't last, and how they source directly from the dealer but can usually save customers about $100. Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. Definitely will use Ashland tire and auto for all future car needs and will recommend to all my friends
