I met with Angel and she sounded unsure to me but I decided I needed a CPA so I went with them. She said we need a $400.00 retainer. HR block did my business taxes and only charged $300. So I figured that was good and there was no mention of any further expenses. I Got all my paperwork that I could to them by April 15. There was an extension so and they said I need to file one. I get a call finally May 15 the last day. I was on the road and this guy says I owe $12,000 pay now today or you suffer an IRS penalty. I was shocked. Then I was really shocked when I received a bill for over $3000.00. I use lawyers that didn't charge that amount. I feel the customer service is bad and when you do chat with them they are abrupt and demeaning. I told them the concerns and they did cut the price in half at my request. However when I asked for more copies even a digital copy they would not send it to me because of a personality conflict. Not a very good way to do busiines. The whole thing was a nightmare. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

But the whole process from beginning to end was extremely unpleasant: totally unresponsive, unprofessional behavior, aggressive upselling of services I did not need. The proofreading was particularly bad: even when I pointed out glaring errors (caused by them) they would not fix them. Then, since then, they WILL NOT STOP pestering me to use them again. Texts (which come from different numbers so blocking doesn't work), emails even though I have repeatedly requested an unsubscribe. It's like donating to a political group: once you are on their list you will never get off. Do not interact with these people in any way.

I defended this company when others started reporting multiple outages over the last 12 months. I said I'm sure it's just an acute problem. Then that acute problem started happening in our home. We live in Atlanta. For the last two weeks for at least half of the day, our Internet goes completely out. They've sent technicians out, they've charged us money, knowing that they were actually doing a complete overhaul of their network. There's no recourse because we're not a business account. I only use them for Internet and I pay $175 a month. For what! To be ignored? To not get clarity on why the outages keep happening? Blaming our connectivity at our home? Absolute joke. Not that my little $175 a month matters to that organization, but going forward I refuse to do business with them. If you guys want a real provider, I recommend transferring to AT&T fiber, and if you were reimbursed for your Internet, like I am for my company, go all out and get the maximum 5Gig, $140 a month AT&T fiber. Again, I'm not naïve enough to think my $175 a month is any impact, but I suspect they are on the verge of losing millions of customers for their lack of doing nothing. When Verizon had an outage on the East Coast however many months ago, without calling without question they just automatically gave us a credit of $20. To me that showed initiative. What Xfinity is doing is just flat out criminal.
