Dr. John Cox is an old school doctor. I had an on and off ear ache, plus some congestion. I called his office and spoke to Maggie. She discussed with Dr. Cox my problem, looked at his schedule (it was tight) but Dr. Cox got me in at 5 PM tonight. If this isn't dedication you tell me what is!!! The Clinton Medical Associates, "Dr. Cox" and his entire team are "all_stars".

Dr. Gupta has been my primary care physician since I got here in an Emergency situation 5 years…read moreago. He treated me at the ER and I like him so much that I continue with him. He is concern very concern with my well being and takes quick action to prevent and resolve a health situation. His bed side manners are impecable. Recently, I came all the way after traveling to Europe because I knew I was in trouble with my breathing. Sure enough, he saw me and admitted me to an observation unit for a couple of days. Averted pneumonia and restored my breathing back to normal. I am back at his office with a bronquitis concern. Usually, can get an appointment within hours. I have recommended a couple of friends over to him and they like him too. His staff is very nice as well. Last two visits I went in pain, the first one I went to E.R. After a number of test and an iffy diagnosis, I came to Dr Gupta, he gave me a diagnosis and we resolved the pain. Today, the same with another pain, and I know it will be resolved totally. I decided to downgrade to 4 stars because there is always room for improving.

They have a relatively new system online where you can make appointments, check test results or ask the doctor a question etc. It is also an app (what isn't now a days!) It is very convenient. I believe it is called MyCare. I highly recommend Dr. Rice and the staff. They are excellent!
