Then enter Sean, the AMAZING super-friendly, on-top-of-his-game representative from Kerb (which is based on the other coast in CA.) It's terrifying putting all of your life belongings in the hands of strangers but Sean played part therapist for me as well :-) He promptly responded to each and every request and question I had and was the best I could ask for really. I really liked how they offer flat rate moves and there was no "funny business" with additional fees that I wasn't made aware of. The movers in both locations were nice and my only real complaint is that they didn't wear Kerb moving shirts like the pictures. LOL. It looks like they had contractors in different areas they work with which seems to be normal for this industry. They were quick and efficient to a startling degree. Literally all my stuff was gone in like 90 minutes. I'll hire them again next time to pack up everything for me probably. And everything arrived in my terribly self-packed boxes damage free. So I did some research and came across Kerb on Yelp. Looking at their page they seem to be very professional and it actually came into fruition! They were very punctual and they came with a team that actually were all in uniform. They boxed everything up neatly to my brother's liking knowing how OCD he is in which he was quite pleased. All the fragile items had special bins and crates and the heavy duty expensive furniture were wrapped in the covers they brought. All the movers were very polite and were willing to help with everything as we needed. His told me all his belongings were delivered to his place on time again! 2 for 2! To end my review, the overall experience was very satisfactory. I would highly recommend Kerb to anyone who need the help!

I had to wake my son up from his nap, ask my neighbor to help me and we walked 1/2 a mile away to grab the car. Where, I might add, the driver had it parked in fire zone. What if it had taken me awhile to get someone to help me drive the car back? Not impressed.
