I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the lady at the counter. She was very polite and patiently answered all my queries and offered the best options to ship the package. The whole thing was quick and I was able to complete the task in 15 minutes! I also like to add that this is their new office so everything looks clean and well maintained. There's also plenty of parking ! I will be using their services soon in the near future !

When we arrived a nice lady working the counter informed us that the website for USPS where we made the appointment doesn't communicate and we should have called for an appointment. Luckily the passport lady was at lunch and we were told we could come back in an hour, so we went and got lunch too. When we returned the original lady told the other lady we were the passport people. She let us into an office in the back where she checked out our docs and made us take an oath. She was really nice. The process took less than 15 minutes to complete.

Many other locations have the priority mail boxes and envelopes available to take without having to go to the counter. NOT THIS ONE! Luckily I was only there to mail letters and I already had the stamps. Good thing because there was no electronic stamp machine and the line was long as heck for the desk. I know now don't use this one if I am in a hurry. The lines can get long and there is not a way to "do it yourself ".
