During a recent interaction I had with him and a silver haired staff member, he had a real need to punish me verbally for a mistake I made buying some stamps with my credit card. I found his behavior toward me bullying, self righteous and arrogant. I perceive him as being a real angry bitter man. I'm not sure what he's doing there working with the public. No wonder many Aransas pass community members remark on the bad attitude of certain staff members there, it starts with the boss.

Three minutes late. Just cause of these three late minutes he refused to help us. All my planning and time wasted. If i knew there was no copy machine, of course i would've copied before hand. There's no attempt to be helpful or make something work. This is the problem with every single USPS location. The service is horrendous and it is like the employees thrive off of disappointing and upsetting people. This was my second attempt at getting this taken care of to try and prepare for an upcoming trip and once again I'm having to wait and try again. The soonest appointment available was for the 20th which I scheduled but needed to get this process started sooner rather than later. These people don't want to help anyone - that is make perfectly clear. Hopefully USPS gets an overhaul or gets shut down.

Instead of clicking on the link, I called the Postal Annex. They pulled up my record and confirmed the zipcode on my package sent was correct and to delete the message, as it was not from them. They also said the zipcode would have been flagged originally if there was a problem. I like the woman that helped me at the Postal Annex. She was professional and efficient.
