There's no attempt to be helpful or make something work. This is the problem with every single USPS location. The service is horrendous and it is like the employees thrive off of disappointing and upsetting people. This was my second attempt at getting this taken care of to try and prepare for an upcoming trip and once again I'm having to wait and try again. The soonest appointment available was for the 20th which I scheduled but needed to get this process started sooner rather than later. These people don't want to help anyone - that is make perfectly clear. Hopefully USPS gets an overhaul or gets shut down.

Well they used to be but now there's FED EX and UPS so I would never use the United States Postal Service unless I had to,. I did however have a package shipped for Christmas delivery and of course the seller shipped via US Postal Service. It was supposed to be delivered today. I arrived home to find a card in my mail box telling me I had to pick this up in person on Saturday. I called the 800 number to try redelivery and was put on hold at the 800 number and was told wait time was between 50 and 65 minutes. Waited about 10 then hung up called back was told the same thing after spending five minutes going through the automated selections. Finally got the phone number for the actual post office in Flourbluff called them and was told I could pick the package up tomorrow at 8:30 AM. Looked on yelp and found they do not open till 9:30 AM called back and confirmed that they open at 9:30. if I had believe the first employee I would've been sitting in the parking lot for an hour waiting for them to open to get my last minute Christmas present under the tree and wrapped. Shoddy service, typical government attitude. I would never use this place un less I have to. one of the worst post offices I've had experiences with in my life.
