They are very accommodating when I can't decide which new stamp style I want to buy, and show me everyone i ask about. The downtown post office is a little bit closer to my location, but I really do prefer Somers Post Office.

They said my carrier can't remember and claimed someone must have stolen it. Then why does my tracking say I refused it on May 14? That means it should be in the possession of United States Postal Service. It has not moved since May 14. I don't understand. Really?? You can't do anything?? I'm SOLed. This is your responsibility. I have to pay for a product I never received and according to tracking USPS you have possession of it. No other resolution? You lost it. You pay for it. My carrier is just upset because I have found online buying convenient. Seriously considering ordering cat litter online. Will be putting up cameras. May the buying commence. I drove in to drop off my mail and when I went to check in on Yelp the location didn't even exist. Now I know why no one was here because if its not on Yelp, then it doesn't exist. So look out US Postal workers because you've been listed and the Yelpers are coming. We're also gonna ask you to weigh packages. Ha! This place was completely empty. I can't stand going to Chicago post offices anymore because it usually takes 45 minutes to get in and out. So it would be worth it for me to drive here and back to Chicago in order to mail my packages. I found it funny that it closes at 4:30pm on Mon to Fri but my mail is picked up at 5pm inside. Is there a party going on for that half hour? How do I get in to the locked building to drop off my mail, after 4:30? Why wouldn't they just list mail pick up at 4:30pm? See these are questions Yelpers need the answer to. Well welcome to the world of social media US Post Office location.
