Old machines and furniture adorned the whole inside. We come here to put out Christmas cards through the Santa Clause official post office to get the new postmark they do each year. Each year is different. We should start mailing a card to ourselves just to see the postmark and to keep track of each of the different ones. They only do postmarks in December for Christmas. So don't try to get a head start in November.

I could see woman thru glass and said I just need to leave box, it was pre printed label, no postage necessary. She would not accept the box, told me to leave on table behind me. I sat in my car for one hour, their lunch break, box still on table uncollected. After their lunch I went back in. Line of customers and there sat my box. A $1800. Brand new wedding dress. I handed it to Belinda at counter.

Yesterday I received an email at 6:01 am that my package was out for delivery. I got another email later on telling me that it would be delivered between 11am - 12:45 pm. It didn't arrive with the mail and was sent back to the post office. I checked later on and it wouldn't be delivered until 9pm that night?!?!!? It wasn't in the mailbox. I woke up this morning to an email that it was delivered at midnight?!?!?! It FINALLY showed up in the mailbox!!! I don't understand these postal workers. If a package is in your vehicle...DELIVER IT!!!

It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. After I walked out, she then turned and kept yelling at my husband for absolutely no reason at all. She threatened to call the cops and I told her I wish she would. This place is awful. The people are awful. Don't go there unless you want your day ruined.
