They have been really friendly, but the wait time is undesirable. The parking lot is a little tricky, and has a blind spot as you are trying to pull out. It's a do not enter sign that blocks your view. They should move it. I will keep using this location because it is close to where I'm staying

Several times per week they truck stops, then has to back up and hit houses again due to mail they missed putting in boxes. Things get marked "delivered" when they aren't. Packages, don't get us started. The mail will be put in our boxes, and if we are expecting a package (Informed Delivery tells us), it doesn't get delivered until the next day, or someone comes by late and puts it on the porch. Recently a letter arrived wet, TWO DAYS after it rained. Going to the main branch, pretty much all we have, means long lines and grouchy staff. A man at the main post office in town told a neighbor "if she didn't like it, she could buy a PO Box." This part of Dothan is expanding but instead of putting a small satellite post office here to help, we're getting another Dollar store. If you're moving here, be aware that you'll be pretty unhappy with mail service.

I was inside for five total minutes. Simple transaction that came out just the way I wanted to. I enjoyed the small town southern hospitality as well.

I was given a tracking number on July 3rd where it was sent to China customs. I reported on August 27th that I didn't receive it. USPS stated it was delivered in or around my mailbox on July 7th! Now there are no longer records to research. It's not possible that it was delivered on July 7th from China. where is it?

I called up there to ask a question about a policy. We had a random lady SHOW UP AT OUT HOUSE and ask if my wife (by full name) was there. Asked her why and she explained that a package used a tracking number that was meant for my woobie hoodie on her SHEIN package....i asked ole Bradly if it was against policy to give out my information and my wife's information and he got super defensive and disrespectful. I was not talking in a way to make him mad I was simply asking a question in an assertive tone because of how giggly he got. I asked again and he came back with attitude and kept claiming he never gave out my information but that he only gave out a shipping label ...with our info on it. Ok dude ...you gave it out. So now...my wife gets involved and asked him a few questions and he get even more rude and disrespectful.
