No one answers phone. Only 1-2 ppl ever there. Several times our carrier skips houses. Often mail arrives after 7pm.

Laziest carrier ever. Frequently doesn't bother to deliver packages, just takes them back to the post office. This is an example of why no one trusts the postal service. read more

This office used to have major issues with carriers. I used package pickup often, and the carrier would not bother to scan the packages as she picked them up. They were pitched into the back of the truck for later. Sometimes they were scanned at the end of the day, but sometimes not, which means there was NO tracking. I sell online, and this was not acceptable, so I've been driving to the nearest post office where I could get a receipt showing they were scanned. Also, our carrier often didn't arrive in our neighborhood until 7 or 8pm. They obviously needed more carriers! Apparently they have them now. Our mail is arriving in the 1-2pm time, and the carrier is scanning packages as she gets them out of the mailbox. Major improvement- as it should be! I'm hoping this trend will continue. awful!!!!!! Awful, Awful, did I mention awful?? I'm still waiting for someone to answer over an hour now( I know good luck with that !?!)!?!??? And ONCE again a package that I ordered over a month ago, for Christmas mind you, is getting returned because an address I lived at since the 1990's supposedly doesn't exist. I'm On my way! I called to report a missing package. The post office returned my call when I was at work. I've been calling the past 2 days to speak to Gina and noone answers the phone. Turns out my package was delivered to the wrong mailbox, even though my address numbers are very big and and easy to read. Thankfully my neighbor was honest and kind enough to bring my package over. The local post office's handling of this was very unprofessional. read more

I've been trying to get mail service for three months. I spoke with PostMaster a month ago. He said he had 10 days to ensure I had service, that was a month ago. No one answers at the post office when you call. I mailed myself a letter from another address and still haven't received in 10 days. I tried putting a letter in my box but still no service. I didn't think Alabama had succeeded from the US. read more

they get my package on time they can't help that they get your packages late it is so hard to work there you have to drive all day

My mail carrier keeps holding my mail and I watched as she put my neighbors mail in her mailbox and drove passed mine. She didn't know I was tracking package. When I called to report her. She forwarded my packages to a different address. read more
