Excellent Customer Service...I received a call on Father's Day from Wade, the owner of my UPS Store…read morewhere I have a mailbox.  He left a message informing me that I had a package come in on Father's Day.  He said that he couldn't remember which box holder that he had spoken with, me or the box number above me, that was in urgent need of their package on that day. Since both box holders had packages come in that day, he was just going to call both box holders to let us know that he'd be happy to come up to the store and let us get our packages. It wasn't me that was in urgent need of my package, but he was kind enough to let me know I was welcome to come up and get my package. Thank you, sir, for your dedication to customer service.  I'll be a long time box holder at this store. I have always had great interaction with the staff at this store, as well. I would recommend this UPS Store to all of my friends and family.

I even called ahead to make sure it's possible. Yes, they said. Pulling up I noticed the big sign boasting that they do printing jobs. After waiting for someone to "help," I found that neither person working there knew how to use their own copy machines/printers. No kidding. After time wasted with them telling me they weren't "trained on the printer," they said to try Office Depot. Which I did, after shaking my head at the sign claiming that they print.

The package was wrapped all the way around with 2" thick styrofoam, wrapped in cardboard and lots of packing tape. It arrived broken. The customer threw the package into his recycling bin and told me about it the next day, when I immediately called UPS to get the ball rolling on the claim as I paid for insurance. The lady I talked to on the phone assured me that a UPS investigator would come to my company and inspect the materials I had on hand that showed what I had used to wrap the package with. THat did not happen. They LIED and just sent me an email telling me that I was not being reimbursed for their damages. They broke my art piece. They lied to me. They SUCK until they make this right!!
