This was a aniverseey present for self accomplishment ar work formyself oct 2016, 4 years later i decide to trade it in for a new chain at a new jeweler, the jewler tested it and he came from the back and said "its only 8k" SO I IMMEDIATELY went to place of purchase and stated my case to whom i bought it from, and he said he would not take it in or give me money for it, i then said " i still have the paper work" he then accused me of altering or changing it. I then went ro get it acid tested to see if it was just 14k gold plated. Case and point THEY FALSIFY THEIR PRODUCT BEWare I will never purchase anything from this company! read more

Super friendly local shop that provides fast and excellent service. I've had jewelry repaired here in addition to my go-to: Getting watch batteries replaced ($5.00 out the door for a new watch battery and installation - can't beat that price, anywhere). All great experiences. Tony (the owner) is honest and straightforward. I have a jeweler (personal friend) in Palo Alto and in L.A., but when I can I prefer to support local business in Campbell - and Tony is closer and cheaper. This is not a fancy store, don't go in expecting a mall-like showroom. Tony offers a nice collection of jewelry and some watches. In a fancy store you'll pay $10-$15 for a watch battery, in some spots even more. Here you get one-on-one service (done while you wait - at least for the watch battery) and very reasonable prices. Called and asked how much an appraisal was for a piece of jewelery I want to sell and heard it was $50.00. I brought in a very old estate piece (that was going to be a LOT of work)...as it had many stones in a complex pattern. I again asked if the price was going to be higher, and Tony said 'No'...it was $50. I had it a week later....typed on a nice paper with 1 photo of the item and how many stones, the quality, etc. It was EXACTLY what I wanted at a very good price. They charge over DOUBLE the price down the street at the 'big name' jeweler and I'm sure the job here was just as good if not better. And I helped support a 'small business'. I read some of the reviews for this business. Okay, this guy is may not be an appraiser, maybe he is, maybe he isn't, but he is an artisan. I was so happy to go to him and be able to talk to someone who really knows how to repair jewelry and does it on site. I got engaged/married 6 years ago and got my ring sized. When it came back, the ring had been compromised, as they had thinned out the back. I had it sized at a department store. I think I paid about the same amount then as I did today for the service. When I complained at the department store, she said it would be twice as much to replace the shank. I was in over my head. I was pretty upset that the department store clerk did not tell me this beforehand when I had decided to size it very marginally. I took it to another jeweler to get it sized a few years later and in another state, and they explained it would need a new shank. Again, it wasn't anyone who worked with the jewelry, and the price was outrageous. A few more years later, I took it to Tony, as well as my other ring, which I think only someone with expertise craftsmanship could do what I wanted them to do with my other ring. I wanted him to take off some of the width of the ring on both sides, flatten it out, yet keep the inscription on the inside of the ring. He completed the service not only beautifully, but for cheaper than anyone, probably half or more cheaper than any jeweler at a mall or department store, and since you are talking to the person who is doing the actual work, you can ask him to make modifications that you would like, instead of someone trying to write it out on a form, and getting back a mystery product. He completed service within a week as well, he could have done it sooner if needed. At a store or anywhere else, they take 2-3 weeks. I'd drive all the way from San Francisco for this service. I did drive 30 minutes for this service, and I'd do it again. I wholeheartedly recommend going here for any of your jewelry repair needs. He is very talented and trustworthy. My rings look better than I could have imagined. Please do not get your rings sized at a department store or mall/fancy chain jewelry store, go to this guy instead. Not only to save money, but because you know he will do the work right the first time. Thank you very much! I put inexpensive because I do think his rates are amazing. Don't waste your time here. That signage says $5 for battery replacement. But quoted me for $20. Idk if that's common business practice but definitely wasted my time. read more

He does all work on my watches (and I guess other jewelry, but I have experience with watches only) such as battery installs, adjust bands, fix and oil and clean watches, etc, etc, etc. He is ridiculously reasonable. This place is great!! Terrific personal service, Oscar even throws in a little humor to make your day! Came in on a Saturday, explained what was wrong with my watch, he looked at it, explained to me it needed a "Widget & a Doohickey" whatever they were, all I knew is he said to come back in a week & it would be done ! He even offered his "Super Buffing Service" that made my 25 year watch look new, new new!! The next Saturday as promised... BAM it was fixed & looking great! Tony is a cool guy. He doesn't mind spending his time giving you free knowledge. He sized my watch today for a fair price. He also has an ultrasonic bath (with jewelry cleaner) free to use for customers who want to clean their jewelry themselves, there's no steam cleaner though but I'm sure he can find time to do that for you. He's straight forward with his business. Met a guy that lives in San Francisco (one of Tony's customers) who commutes all the way down here for tony to handle his jewelry, which says a lot. Love this place. Tony is great. Back in 2012, I went in to get my family heirloom ring fixed, and saw this gorgeous ring that I fell head over heels for. At the time, my now-husband had been asking what ring styles I liked for a possible proposal. I told him about this ring, and he asked to come see it. While my back was turned, he mouthed to Tony "Tomorrow," meaning he'd be back the next day to purchase the ring. He hadn't paid for it yet, just said he'd be back the next day. Well, Tony happened to already know my ring size and sized the ring and had it ready to fit me before my husband returned the next day to buy it. He didn't even charge him for the resizing.
