In one of the chains, someone told me about the stores on 34th street, so I punched gun store into my GPS and it took me down 34th street. The Tasmanian isn't on the map yet, but when I saw it, I gave it a try. People might remember this building as a bakery, and yes the owner was the owner of the bakery until it blew up. So he made his hobby his knew business. When you come in the first time, they all introduce themselves to you, and they are open for a friendly chat. In a different store, they wanted to give me all kind of trouble as my gun comes out of state, but here they were fast, friendly and they called me as soon as the gun was delivered into their store. They work fast on your paperwork and they make sure you will be happy when you leave this store. There might be bigger and older stores in Lubbock, but I believe that this newcomer store will be a hit and if you don't check it out, this is just your problem. I gave it 5 stars and I will let others know what a great new gun store we have here in town.

Although that point is mute because this guy is willing to flush away a sale because he doesn't want to spend any extra time on the phone. Pointed out my previous check times and he leveled a a serious and unprofessional accusation that those businesses must be breaking federal law and not calling them in. They are long time, well established Lubbock businesses that I respect and have been shopping with for years (10 year Lubbock resident). While I didn't know that this new kid on the block existed up until 5 days ago when I happened to notice the sign driving down 34th. If you are willing to deal with the crappy, self entitled attitude of the staff (again their time is too important to spend any extra time on the phone) and are o.k. with the liability of having your SSN written down on physical file, they may have what you are looking for.

I should have trusted my gut when, from the beginning, they were sketchy. I took my Tige boat to them with interference issues and after being there 5 hours they told me the stereo itself would not come on? It was just one 2 weeks ago. So now I have more than an interference problem. I take them a brand new marine amp and still they find a reason to ask me to purchase up to two more amps from them because this 4 channel one is too big. Really? After driving into town and waiting 1.5 hours, after they tell me a finish time, I take the boat home (15 minutes later) to find that the stereo is cutting off and on. $272 later they say too bad, so sad. Would not recommend. Service recovery is a lost art.

He does work for all of the employees I work with and all of them love his work! He is a family guy with two daughters and an amazing wife and he runs his business very good. He has a ton of high quality customers that come into our family restaurant and all say his work is amazing. Mike just installed my new Pioneer touch screen and I am in love with it. I think everyone should go into his shop and personally meet Mike Jones and his workers, they all care and love their work, and do there absolute best to keep their customers satisfied. Dont just read theses bogus reviews, take some time to actually meet the real experts. A lot of shops are out to get these guys with this bogus reviews. I have personally seen the dozens of tropheys Custom Sound Works has earned and I know they deserve them.
