I was looking for a place around my hotel to get a good haircut. Stumbled upon this place with raving reviews so I was excited to give it a try. I came in around 45 minutes before closing and asked if there was availability. A guy named Frankie just got done with a haircut and said he would take me. It was the single WORST haircut I have ever received in my life and I got RIPPED OFF at $37.5 for a cut before tip. I'm from NYC where haircuts range $15-20 max and that is for a proper haircut with getting my beard shaped up with a straight razor, getting a hard part and a proper cut. The guy did not know what he was doing. I asked for a simple skin fade and he couldn't even blend in the fade from the skin part to the longer hair on top. I was left with what looked to be layers in my hair. The hard part was fine but he didn't touch the top of my hair with scissors (so i got half a haircut...) and when he went to line up my beard, he used the machine and water instead of a straight razor and shaving gel. Then had the audacity to charge is $37.5 for a shitty haircut. After the haircut, I looked at the prices online and I see that I got ripped off. Honestly speaking, Super Cuts could've done a better job!!! Will never step my foot into this barbershop and would advise everyone else to avoid it. read more

Was my favorite place to get my haircut, but past 2 visits have been horrid. I chalked the previous one up to a one off thing. However today I came back and my haircut, beard trim, and shave appointment was rushed and didn't even take 30 minutes. My skin is irritated, stubble on my face, stubble of neck, stubble on back of my neck, my side burns are uneven, and I don't like the haircut. Walking out from here I used to love my haircut, no skin irritation, and it took at least an hour. After today's experience I will not be returning, and will need to go pay someone to fix my haircut. I walked in the Salon today and met Hector, Hector was great and friendly, we were talking and he told me how he went after the Irma Hurricane to Puerto Rico and he gave haircuts for free to people after the disaster. I must admit it makes a difference doing business with a good and giving person and I think he deserves more and more business just for being a good person. HOWEVER and to my amazement I just had the best haircut ever, as I have problematic hair for one it's thinning and hard to make it look full after haircuts and second my hair grows in weird shape and hard to give it a proper cut that works with how I like to style it. Well his job was PERFECT, the hairline is perfected and my hair looks full and the shape works with how I style it daily. The best kept secret in Bedford. Until now. I was in need of a new shop and found this by accident. I was lucky enough to get the owner of the shop to cut my hair after I was just walk in. Come to find out this place has been here for 9 years! I could not believe it, I've lived in Bedford for almost 20 years and didn't even know they were here. Wow, what a value! clean salon, with modern decor that shows, not only Eddie's flair, and stye, but how much he cares. $10 for a great hair cut, by a true pro, in a very nice place, where Eddie and all the stylist treat you right, that's value. (I recall paying about that much to get a three minute buzz cut, and a little abuse, in the Army back in the 80's.) He told me when I was ready to come back and get my undercut freshened up, he would do it for free. I contacted him yesterday and he fit me in today! I'm very satisfied with my fresh cut and design. I came across this place here on Yelp! and I was glad that I did. I took both of my sons here the other day for a haircut on a Saturday afternoon and I was really pleased with this place. We were greeted promptly and did not wait at all. They listened to exactly what I wanted done on their hair and both kids came out looking really nice. The prices were fair - $12 each - and I will definitely come back again. They accept both credit cards and cash too - which is nice because a lot of the other barber shops in this area only accept cash. read more

1st time.. My child wanted an undercut and when asked by the barber if he could do it, he said Yes.. My child asked the barber do you want me to take my ponytail out, he said no. It was the worse undercut she's ever had done. It's not a bad place all the other barbers seemed experienced but this one was inexperienced & should've just said "no, I can't do it." After that I definitely wouldn't have it fixed so we left paying $10 + $5 tip. I was referred to this place from my cousin after I told him about a horrible hair cut I had gotten somewhere. I use yelp constantly like how I use google but I'm not consistent about leaving reviews I need to work on that lol. So when he told me about this place first thing I did was yelp it and wasn't that interested because it didn't have barley any reviews so that's also why I wanted to leave one on it. Just Incase anyone else in the future uses yelp as a reference and might think the same thing I did. Any ways long story short use the app make an appointment it's easy and simple you can't fail. Download Booksy and look up the shop United Cutz find Eddie he's also the owner and just make an appointment you won't be disappointed. Eddie was super nice and easy going. All I did was sit down show him a picture of what I wanted. He gave me the cleanest mid bald fade I've ever had. During the whole cut he was thorough with brushing the hair off and not letting it cake on I appreciated that very much. My lines were clean and the blending was seamless I didn't have one complaint at all. I'll definitely be going back in the future for more cuts. read more

This is in my opinion the best barbershop in the DFW. The owner Eddie is really caring and will listen and take his time to give you a great cut.
